elegimos la habitacion en Madrid para piso compartido para estudiantes de la uniersidad. quieria hablar con asesor para aclarar tema de pagos. escribi e-mail-no me contestaron. elegi la hora de videollamad, me confirmaron la hora. nadie se contacto por teem, esribi de nuevo mi queja de estar tan poco serios, tampoco me contestaron. yo realmente veo esta pagina como estfa. imaginase, si pago sin tener informacion y sin poder el piso , si no te contestan para las peguntas- y pagas, dinero se van y nunca no recuperas. Cuidado con esta pagina web.

SRF responds very quickly to messages and helped me find accommodation very quickly. I had a great eramus thanks to them and was able to meet some great flatmates. 😊

Good Experience
My experience with SRF was great. The contact person for the apartment was very helpful and supportive during the whole period of stay. It's a reliable platform for foreigners who need accommodation before arriving in a new country, especially in my case in Prague, Czech Republic. During, my more than a year of stay in Prague, I came across many Erasmus students as flatmates who use SRF services for booking accommodation. Overall, I had a good experience with SRF during my stay.

The contact-person is very nice, and makes sure that your stay is great in the flat! Other than that, the area is beautiful will cafes and parks. Big recommendation!

Scam
The management of the room and arrival was all very fast and simple. A company that rents rooms and that's it. The problem begins when you leave and they specify that the deposit money you pay to THEM is returned in 60 days. In my case, 80 days have already passed, and when I contacted them they told me that they are not "in charge of returning the money" and that they would contact the owner of the apartment to return it to me. They escape responsibility when the deposit and first month's money is paid directly to them when you reserve your room on their website. Now they haven't responded to my emails for 10 days, without having a response about my money. I share my experience in case it can help other people, since many students like me resort to these types of pages, and as a student, losing that money means a lot to my economic stability. By the way, all this happened after my 3-month Erasmus internship in Prague. And I recommend renting an AirBnb prior to arrival and looking for rentals once you are in the city, they are MUCH CHEAPER.

As soon as you reported the delay to Student Room Flat on January 9th, our Support Team promptly initiated an investigation to understand the circumstances surrounding the delay assuring you that the Host would rectify the delay.
It's important to note that we act as intermediaries for deposit transactions, ensuring a 48-hour window for you to assess the property upon arrival and confirm it matches with the advertised. Subsequently, the deposit is transferred to your Host for safekeeping and timely return after your stay. Student Room Flat does not keep the deposit of any tenant.
The Host confirmed your deposit was returned on January 29th so we kindly ask you to confirm the transaction by responding to our support team as soon as possible.
As stated in your review, "The management of the room and arrival was all very fast and simple," and no complaints were raised during your stay; while we regret the delay in the deposit transfer, upon notification, we promptly assisted you in successfully retrieving your deposit.

Buena experiencia
Utilice esta plataforma para la reserva de mi habitación durante mi estancia en Praga,y todo fue perfecto la habitación igual a como aparece en las fotos. Recalcar que el dueño se retraso a la hora de devolverme el depósito, y gracias a la plataforma estuve informada del estado del proceso hasta conseguir recuperar mi deposito. Muchisimas gracias, sin duda la recomendaría.

Either scam or really bad service
Made a booking a few weeks ago, never got a confirmation, booked an appointment for an online meeting with customer service, no link was sent, contacted support, no answer whatsoever … beginning to think it’s a scam with fake reviews.

Landlord
I'm writing about an apartment in Prague, the Pilot apartment.
The booking was easy and the apartment was pretty much the same as in the pictures. The only thing was the landlord and agency's behaviours, which was very disrespectful and not helping when something wasn't working.
For what concern the deposit they didn't give back all the money, without giving a real reason.

Great experience!
I did my Erasmus mobility in Portugal in one of the houses managed by them, an absolutely great experience, each house has a manager inside who has as main objective not to control but to create a familiar and comfortable environment for everyone through fun activities of all kinds.
The house was really well kept, clean and there was no lack of comfort.
Camilo coliving in Porto will always remain in my heart.
Highly recommended.
