I am a small fleet owner. STT is pretty fair to work with
The agents are friendly and pleasant to work with, I've done a few loads with them, primarily COD and all has went good so far. there was some issues with the shipper/broker communication and getting me the correct loading time when the shipper would get there, then the machine had dead batteries which caused more delays in loading. They did give too many check calls on the last load. Now I am factoring them so we will see how that goes.
