Great App with a holistic view on fitness and an overall balanced lifestyle.

When i first joined strove Samsung health was not linked to the app yet, but once we made them aware that we use Samsung health, it was added. I loved the fast response to that query.
The app keeps me accountable on my fitness journey and the rewards are worth it!

I'm a huge fan of the Strove app.

Not only is it fun to banter with your colleagues about who is taking top spot on the leaderboard each week, it incentivises health and well-being across your organisation. I feel like I'm getting something for free weekly thanks to Strove.

I have been using the Strove App every day for the past 2 months, it's been a game-changer and a personal challenge to do better than the day before.

I like the idea of getting paid to be active.

Strove is a great app to get people into the habit of taking better care of themselves. It's intuitive, comprehensive and great for building community. I like that it caters to most fitness levels and makes practices like meditation and breathing accessible in a non-threatening way. The points and partners are also high quality and relevant for most people.

Generally a good "motivational" tool for holding workplace colleagues accountable. There are still issues with the Connected Apps integration with activities not syncing, or deleted activities on the "Source App" reflecting on Strove. Also some concern about points allocations for "activities" that can't be tracked, and which rely on a person's honesty...

Being someone who is very competitive, I love the leaderboard challenge, it is great motivator for me to train hard and longer as I want to beat my colleagues.

I am missing the Life Day SPA reward voucher as that was a great goal to work towards as it really felt like a reward for hard work. 20% off 32GI products is amazing though as that is all I use for racing.

Makes for good motivation to SLAM all my colleagues in the physical competition of life. Discounts are a great bonus too.

I love how the Strovers in our office start competing in a friendly way. You also find some kindred fitness buddies that you didn't know do your sport - especially in a hybrid world. Easy to use and easy to earn and redeem rewards.

After being introduced to Strove a few weeks ago, i can honestly say it changed how i look at "fitness" apps. Stove introduced so many other things and the way the app interacts with you is amazing. Having run a Corporate wellness program for a number of years, there were a number of challenges in trying to create an attractive holistic program that was effective and sustainable while also being able to track various metrics and data. There was also the added challenge of how to reward or incentivize active participation. Strove covers all of the above.

For employers and employees alike, Strove is like having a wellness coach on hand that is available 24/7 and the more you use the App the more you'll get rewarded but the main benefit and reward overall is a supported journey to better health and wellness.

As a person who struggled with insomnia, I find the sleep meditations, and soundscapes have helped me to get sleep easier. I also now stay asleep for longer, and generally have a good nights sleep. I also like the streak. Keeping the streak going is easy, and very motivating to do something for your health (mental included).

Being able to have a positive impact on the environment through Strove is another great thing. You can choose to plant trees!! And you get your own Forrest!
