Very helpful and good customer service. They respond really fast.

Do not trust this company poor equipment poor service and poor workmanship which causes the boiler to fail and when contacted they wanted nothing to do with the warranty.
Stay clear and use a different company

Had an issue with our boiler and called Technical Support. I got through to Liam within a very short space of time who was very helpful. I was able to send photos and messages via whats app to help support the diagnosis. I was offered a replacement part as a gesture of goodwill and it was despatched via courier within 30 minutes of my call ending. I was so impressed with the service. When you need assistance it’s generally rare to get to speak to someone so quickly and then to be able to use a messaging service to help the process. I was really impressed and appreciative of the service.

My electrician fitted the 7kw Combi. It was instantly tripping out the electrics. The electrician contacted STROM - wring circuit and fuse correct, they said it was the voltage coming into the property was slightly to high. The electrician tested the unit - CH works and doesn't trip but hot water trips system straight away. STROM just keep going back to voltage issue and offered no support - would not buy another. Selling the house and now have a indpendant boiler under the sink and no hot water to the bathroom tap - fortunately the shower is electric. Support email got no repsonse

Ordered yesterday morning and received my package 0830 today. Rapid delivery and effortless ordering precidure. I recommend strom 100%.

Struggled to activate the guarantee following limited information left by fitter (extra information wanted each time I tried to activate online). Eventually assistance from helpline resulted in guarantee being activated.

As an installer, I recently fitted one of your electric boilers and was really impressed with the overall quality of the product. The unit was well built, clearly designed with installers in mind, and very straightforward to fit. Everything was laid out logically which made the installation process quick and hassle-free.

The boiler fired up perfectly after installation and has been running smoothly and quietly. It’s great to work with equipment that is reliable and well engineered, as it makes a big difference on site.

Overall a very good product and one I’d be happy to install again and recommend to customers in the future.

Great customer service has issue with boiler manual which wasn’t provided in the box but Dan and his team gone above and beyond to help us.

I have fitted 2 of these boilers in my property, and on one boiler the internal trip switch keeps tripping, absolutely had enough I’ll take my losses and get this boiler straight to the bin.

I approached Strom with a problem regarding a guarantee, my problem was solved by Ali almost immediately! Absolutely brilliant customer service from the Technical team!! Highly recommend this company.

We have used Strom multiple times, it's great that the Carbon footprint is so low, given that they are manufactured in the UK by a UK company. Moreover, it's a great and more popular option these days for our clients who want a combi but have no gas supply.
Dan from Strom was very efficient in his responses and helped me out alot.

I contacted Strom by email to request a user guide for a central room thermostat that I had for several years but never had the instructions for and I didn't know the model number. I had a reply back within an hour and attaching the full user guide and they also said to contact them if I needed further help. Great customer service and really pleasant to deal with.

First of all I would like to thank you to Ali for all the support and extra help he gave us during the Christmas season. He went beyond exceptional with the after care and back up.
The product is working well in our Apartment block. We purchased 11 units with the help of the rep Ian and was very impressed by the quality of the product. We have had some minor issues but the Strom after care services are excellent. Highly recommend this boiler for apartments with gas issues. We will be purchasing another 22 units in the near future.

I have a Strom boiler just for hot water supply. It works great, good flow at high temperature and is a relatively small unit on a wall (good where space is a premium).
Recently the internal power isolation switch would trigger after a a shower. Strom immediately responded with advice for my engineer. He was able to identify defective power cable and fixed the issue in 15 minutes.
Great unit but also excellent and responsive support.

We were massively let down by our builders who put in a boiler that was past its warranty and kept breaking down.

Strom went above and beyond helping us sort out our broken boiler. From doing a free heat analysis to getting the right boiler in place, they were always on the end of the phone. The family ethics of this company shines through and they made the whole process so much easier. Plus, the new boiler is epic! Highly recommend.
