STRLY are brilliant! I purchased their £25 Damage Waiver before my stay at an Airbnb, and when an issue arose, I contacted them for clarification.

They were incredibly helpful and responsive, contacted the host directly, and repeatedly followed up with them to try to get the claim handled through the waiver as it should have been. They were also really good with reassuring me that I would not be left out of pocket should I be charged money in the issue I faced (a host claiming damages through the Airbnb Reimbursement Claim rather than through STRLY as the terms of the waiver clearly state), and they promptly followed through on their promise within the hour of me confirming my proof of payment. Extremely reliable and responsive service.

I want to mention Elaine in particular, who was really helpful and reassuring throughout what was otherwise a very stressful situation. I really appreciated how proactive she was and how clearly and swiftly she communicated with me.

Strly are great operators and a perfect solution for Australian STR operators who need a way of protecting their properties for direct bookings.

We were left very exposed by a lack of Aircover type insurance when it came to direct bookings. After looking around, I luckily found Strly who have given me a lot of peace of mind.

A mere $50 insurance fee paid on top by the guest directly now covers us for up to $500 of damages. A huge relief.

They are also extremely responsive and are always looking for ways to improve their systems.
