Alas, I wish I had read the reviews for this company as I would never have bought the Hyperlift temporary eye tighten. After two uses the pump dispenser won't work and of course I have attempted to contact the non existent customer services to absolutely no avail. I have made a vow to myself, never to buy directly from Strivectin again. Obtaining money under false pretences. Be warned everyone. I've just wasted £38.00.

VERY disappointed in their hand creme. I tried returning it after my vacation but I was late on refund policy and they wouldn't even take it into consideration. the cream does not work at all.

Have tried to contact Strivectin several times all to no avail. Phone answered by a robot. Left messages as instructed but they do not reply. Have had bad reaction to 2 of their eye products and phoned for advice. Avoid this company as appalling customer service and products untrustworthy

I like the product but the most recent bottle I bought the pump won’t work… the store won’t take it back and neither will strivectin… sad when you spend 70+ dollars on a product that you can’t use. I sent them photos of the container with the date code and product codes but they still e[wanted “proof of purchase” RIDICULOUS

I purchased the neck cream from Strivectin and it has caused me an allergic reaction. As per their weibsite, I tried to return it; to no avail. My order number was not accepted. I then tried to ring their customer service number, which looks like a Manchester UK number (0161), but it does not exist. The opening times also suggest it is in the USA. I sent an e-mail to them - no response. I shall be reporting this to the Trading Standards.

I purchased peptide tightener for eyes, used it on my neck by mistake and my neck turned bright red then all the skin peeled off. I can’t imagine what would have happened to my eyes.
I contacted the company, finally reaching someone to warn them of the danger and they refused to acknowledge a problem saying they had so many positive reviews.
So I went to their website to post this warning and, partway through writing it, it got deleted. This happened 4 times.
I believe this product is dangerous but don’t know who else to contact about it.

I have been sent the wrong items in my order and found that customer service is non existent. I have sent emails which the company say will be answered within two working days but over a week later I have heard nothing.
Strivectin say they have a customer service phone number to call but on ringing, a recorded message says that due to a high volume of calls, they have stopped answering the phone and to contact them via email! Presumably the high volume reflects the high number of dissatisfied customers.
I have paid over £100.00 for items I do not want and there seems to be no way of making contact to rectify the problem.

There is no customer service at all. They do not respond my email and never send text as phone recording indicated. There is no confirmation sent after my order. I need to cancel my order and there is no way
that you can contact them. my credit card is already showing pending charges. I don't know what to do.

Strivectin has the worst customer service I have experienced. They don't answer their phones, they don't reply to emails and they won't let you do an online chat. I had an account with them but couldn't sign in or place an order. They also don't honor discount codes they send out. They are horrible. I deleted my email from their site.

Buyers beware. If you have any issue at all with these products...there is NO customer service at all! If you email the CS dept you get no response, and if you call the phone number in their emails you are taken to a loop that says press 1 and we'll 'send you a text message' so you can communicate with us that way. You guessed it...text message is never sent. What a scam!!

I ordered last Christmas and got an email to say my parcel had been delivered but I hadn't received it. I rang a number in the States from UK that was free and was told they'd refund me. The package turned up next day as a neighbour had taken it in and not had time to tell me. Told Strivectin who had already processed the refund and they said to keep it as a goodwill gesture. Can't say fairer than that! I used the neck and face cream and didn't think it was doing too much so didn't buy any more when it came to an end. That's when I realised it had actually been working as things started to sag! Have now reordered and am more aware of the improvements this time.

this company is HORRIBLE. I just placed an order with them for the very first time and did not receive an email confirmation of that order. Thing that I found weird. So I have send them an email to about the issue and have not received a response yet. Their customer service phone number does not work either, and was unable to talk to someone.... HORRIBLE don't want to even receive their product and try it on my face. If they got shipped to my home, I will send them back to them the same day, the way they came. Don't trust them anymore.

Horrible. After one day’s use woke up with burned bright red swollen face and eyes!!! Little blisters now forming and very hot to the touch and painful!! Like the worst sunburn ever! Using ice and taking antihistamines. Very dangerous stuff. Should be banned! Why hasn’t the FDA done something about this??

I don’t understand the poor reviews, this brand is amazing. After an illness a few years ago I lost a lot of weight in hospital and ended up with the worlds worst turkey neck. I got some Strivectin neck cream in a beauty box and after finishing it the difference to my neck was almost magical, it hasnt looked as good for years. Ive used their other products for 6 months and people keep telling me I’m looking very young for my age. On a good day I look less than 50, I’m 71 in 4 weeks!!!

I absolutely love their contour cream. It has become a staple for me. Even though I venture out and try new products… I always come back home to this one. their website sometimes also has some great deals including discounts and free items with purchase.

I received a product that would not pump out of the bottle. I contacted customer service numerous times to try to get a replacement. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! They sent me numerous emails on how the bottles are made?!? Needless to say don't buy from Strivectin.

Bough a duo pack on offer at Boots of the neck firming cream and contouring face cream.. I’ve been using it for two months now and absolutely no change. I wasn’t expecting miracles I am an older lady but I was expecting some firmness maybe a little tightening of the neck. I would not waste your money. Won’t be buying again.

If I could’ve given zero I would - this is a horrible, vile smelling product - no idea where these high reviews come from on other pages!! Customer service is zero !! They don’t respond but continually send emails to buy more - don’t waste your money ..
