Company did great till last month when…
Company did great till last month when they say they are short handed and have some money issues. They received my supplies over a week ago and now are ignoring me, yet they are not warning people but continue to take people's supplies and not pay for them or send them back.
Yes, I did receive payment after I posted a review and made public what was going on, and there are others that this happened too. Rest assured I won't be using your service or recommending your company as well, so please stop with the as guaranteed cause it wasn't even close and it took a couple days of being ignored before I made the complaint and I stand by my feelings and choices, not inpressed

THE WORST SCAM EVER!!!!!
They use the "oh, we went over our limit and sent you a check. But, you can't cash it at Walmart or any check cashing place. And the check will take FOREVER to get to you." I was furious. I asked for my product back and they ignored me. I had to threaten to call police.
Then. They send me back items that aren't even mine. Along with a box of brand new dexcom sensors worth $250 that was TORN OPEN. No packing materials in the box to make sure it was all damaged out of spite.
Now, I'm having to file a court case to make them pay for the damages. As you can see from their recent reviews. They've stopped operating ethically. It's sad. They could have just paid me online like agreed now their going to pay hundreds in fees.and fines in court.

Not doing it ever again with this company. I've been waiting for this so called check. I've been tracking I and still no updates since 4/9/25. Tried calling UPS and got no response. Sent the company an email and still nothing from them. It would.be nice if they would cancel this missing check and send me my money via my cash app like I originally wanted.

After receiving your email on April 13, 2025, we responded the following morning (April 14, 2025) as we are not in the office on weekends. That same morning, we issued a replacement check upon learning that your original check had been delayed.
We’re pleased to confirm that both checks were successfully delivered to you on April 16, 2025.
We understand that CashApp was your preferred payment method. However, due to sending limits on CashApp, we were unable to process the payment through that platform. To avoid further delay, we sent the payment by check, which was listed as your secondary payment method.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve the matter. We value your business and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Would not use again
Would not use again. They do have slightly higher rates (couple bucks per box of strips) but payment is far too slow. I was told they went over the cashapp limit and had to send a check so 24-48 hours turns into weeks once we account for mailing and bank processing. Plus other sites are easier, with Strips USA I had to print out 3 separate documents and fill it out. Not worth the extra couple bucks they pay.

I have been utilizing Strips USA for…Approx. 1 year
I have been utilizing Strips USA for nearly a year now after using some local sources that did not reimburse me nearly as much and feeling like I was being taken.
My preference is to use Strips USA's Pre-Paid Shipping Kits. So, I have to wait for that to arrive before I can send my extra supplies.
I also prefer to use Zelle for my payments, which decreases the total turnaround time to a few days from shipping to payment.
Customer Service is outstanding. They respond promptly when I text message my inquiries.
