OMGGG I cant even I was panicking about being stranded and then this product saved me! I feel like I could survive ANY car disaster now. I hugged it when it arrived, don’t judge me. It’s that good.

I had mixed feelings honestlyy… the item looked nice, but the whole waiting process made me nervous and unsure. It wasn’t terrible, just not the smooth experience I was hoping for. 😕

I placed an order for a coat back in July, it’s now November and needless to say to say it never arrived. After I ordered it I read the reviews on Trustpilot and realised I had made a mistake. I then tried to cancel the order through my bank, to no avail and then went on to contact Striketo where the emails bounced back. Please don’t purchase off this Company, it’s a scam, but indicative of today’s world, sad!!!!

Don’t reply to emails. Ordered boots 4 months ago. Pretty sure this place is a SCAM!!

The product never arrived. the customer service email bounced. My first time being scammed on line. Shame on all those involved with this company. May Karma now greet you.

took 6 weeks to receive , wrong size & style

After I ordered two shirts for about A$100, the money was taken from my credit card immediately. I received a notice that the order has been noted on 16 July. Tracking my order on the website, my order was also so called dispatched on 19 July. Since then no further tracking movement. When I click on the shirt that I bought, the message is that the website cannot be reached. I sent them an email, which should supposedly be answered within 24 hours, but the silence is deafening. This is a scam website.

Found exactly what I was looking for on this site. The site looks like it’s an Australian site but after ordering my items I noticed they we’re coming from The Netherlands - very odd!
After tracking the order for a week it came to a standstill. No response from their customer service email address. I think I can say goodbye to my $200 🥲

My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. After a heavily delayed delivery, I received the completely wrong item — not even close to what I originally ordered. Despite providing photo evidence, the response was slow and unhelpful.

To add insult to injury, they offered a partial refund for an item I didn’t even want, unless I paid out of pocket to return it to China — a completely unreasonable expectation given their mistake.

This level of service is unacceptable. The entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and has left me feeling scammed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this seller to anyone. Proceed with caution.

Today, I placed an order for a jacket that I've been eyeing for a while. Before finalizing the payment with my credit card, I took a moment to check for size measurements, but I couldn't find any. This struck me as odd, yet I really liked the jacket, which made it difficult for me to think clearly and make a sound decision.

After completing my payment, I was prompted to enter a verification code, which I did, and shortly after, I received a confirmation email for my order. However, I noticed something peculiar: there was no estimated delivery date provided. My instincts started to raise red flags, so I logged into my account and saw that my order was listed as coming from Wongkok in Hong Kong, followed by another transaction from San Francisco. It hit me then that I had likely fallen victim to a scam.

Staying composed, I reported the incident as lost and stolen, and immediately contacted my bank, CommBank, to dispute the transaction. This fraudulent Chinese company really had me frustrated. Typically, it takes about seven days for the bank to process, which explains why they stated delivery would take between 8 to 14 days.

I urge everyone to thoroughly check reviews, especially on Trustpilot, before making a purchase, particularly from smaller companies. If you find yourself in a situation like mine, stay calm, report it as lost and stolen, and notify your bank.

Don't panic you can handle it!

Scam. Ordered more than a month ago. Email bounces. Finally received valid tracking number which is not moving and says coming from china, not Netherlands.

Their tracking link shows no movement.
Don’t buy from them.

Phone disconnected, email bounces back. Unable to contact. Looks like I have lost my money.

i ordered a jacket for my son off of this website on the first of June and is now well past the arrival date.

I am outraged and appalled, I have continuously Emailed them to no response and have since been notified that my emails are no longer being processed through to them, I would strongly encourage that you do not engage with this website.

Definitely a scam, never received purchase confirmation email. Bank labeled it as suspicious

Contact number does not work, Hong Kong based but advertises a Netherlands address. Bank considered transaction suspicious and blocked
