Excellent service !
The pewter beer tankard arrived within a few days of my order. Excellent service !
The engraving was exactly as I wanted.
The only *problem* was that I had to pay customs duty of approximately 50% of the purchase price, due to idiotic BREXIT rules. (However that is not the fault of Striacroft Jewellers).

Excellent service
Went into Louth store for 1st time, so much choice, was asked if I needed help, I wanted a silver chain to wear every day under £100 the lady was very helpful and had a large selection to choose from. The item was put in a lovely gift box. Very happy with my purchase. I then went online to purchase another item, arrived quickly and well packaged

I purchased a lovely Citizen watch
I purchased a lovely Citizen watch, which was delivered the next working day and watch and bix were in imaculate condition, unfortunately I changed my mind on what style I wanted. Oliver made it very easy to return and responded promtly to my email. All round good experience and would purchase from Striacroft again.
