Set in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Louth has become known as "The Capital of the Wolds", an unspoilt market town with mainly small independent shops where service and quality are of utmost importance. Striacroft is now Louth's longest established family jewellers now in its second generation. Offering a wide range of high quality Diamond, Gold and Silver Jewellery, Watches, Clocks and Giftware. In house Jewellery Repairs, Engraving, Valuations and Insurance. Watch Repairs. Above all we ensure the highest quality of products and services. I ordered earrings and accidentally…

I ordered earrings and accidentally clicked for store delivery, after realising my mistake I emailed the company to say I wanted them to be delivered to my home address, Oliver emailed me back within 10 minutes and sorted it all out for me, I was very impressed with the customer service, and the earrings were lovely

Support this independent jewellers, great quality!

Very quick delivery & good service & comms by Striacroft. Very happy with the quality of the product & the 10% welcome discount was good, going to order 2 more pairs of the same for my other daughter & my wife as they’ve sent through another 10% thank you discount.
I would highly recommend this independent jewellers they seem to have some very nice Jewell’s on their website, somethings are different which is nice 👍

It was very good customer service

It was very good customer service. I think I may have put in the wrong postcode and was annoyed that it was shipped back to their shop but the owner contacted me ASAP and shipped it the next day after I gave them the right postcode and it came the next day. Thanks!

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, but earnings are flimsy, the back pinhole bent as I was trying to put them on my ears, disappointed really, sayingthey are silver

I ordered a watch for my dad’s birthday…

I ordered a watch for my dad’s birthday from Striacroft Jewellers . I was worried I wouldn’t receive it on time and Oliver was very helpful at following up on my order and letting me know when it was shipped, he also sized the watch for me which was very nice of him . I would diffidently recommend them to anyone.
