Physiotherapy experience

My physical injury was quickly diagnosed by the Physio upon examination which was extremely thorough. Following this he showed me a host of stretching exercises that would significantly reduce the pain and enable me to improve my mobility. He exuded confidence throughout with his advice/experience. I was given an App as a follow on which explained with video assistance the stretching exercises I was to complete for my recuperation. The App was extremely helpful and enables the Physio to check on my progress in reducing the pain. Overall the experience I had was excellent and I came away confident that by following the exercises my pain would subside and my mobility would be back to normal.

Really pleased with the physio sessions…

Really pleased with the physio sessions I have had. The company is well organised, friendly and efficient. My physio was extremely helpful and he explained everythig well as we worked through the sessions.

The trainer is calm and reassuring . He motivates in the nicest possible way and ensures that I have belief that I will heal and reach my target . Also love the fact that Ajith always follows up with phone calls and text messages

Professional and friendly

I saw a Stretchmaster physiotherapist for shoulder stiffness. I found them to be very professional and friendly. The therapist explained everything to me clearly and the treatment was effective. Would recommend to anyone.
