Hopeless , sent out Employee to look at job , and instantly complained , wrong job , too hard and totally Disinterested . I rang his boss on phone then and he reluctantly continued . Poor communication and very hard to contact , won't pick up phone in the middle of job . I had to come into the office to try and sort out problems
The team at Strength Engineering is professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. They always answer when I call and their team is highly supportive when we need site matters attended to urgently. Highly recommend!
We engaged Strength Engineering for our project and initially had positive communication. However, halfway through the project, communication stopped and our emails went unanswered. We couldn’t commence the next stages with them as they simply wouldn’t reply after weeks of us following up with them.
This left us in a very difficult position mid-project without clarity or support. We’d also spent thousands initially, and had to start with another engineer from scratch, essentially wasting our money. Would not recommend.
