Great driver, traffic shocking,,but got there on time!!

We were advised by the App to go to the desk at Marks and Spencer in terminal 2 and we were actually stood there and nobody from street cars was there. This needs ammending. While the app was searching for a driver which was a while the cancel option came on screen so we did as we thought no cab was available. We went through the process again with the same result but then street cars phoned us and we did get a taxi organised and were met by Wayne who took us to the pick up point and we reordered through the app so it was a little worrying for a while. The app does not allow for older people who are not used to dealing with the app but next time we will phone instead. Once our taxi arrived. Once our taxi arrived we had a pleasant journey home.

we used this company several times last week on a 5 day visit to Manchester . They were on time each time and great phone communication to say they had arrived . Friendly kind drivers .Would highly recomend Street cars

So much worse than when you had a desk at Manchester Airport - had to wait in the freezing cold in the car park as the driver was struggling to park in a bay as the car park was so busy. Car park area is chaos and will be more inclined to use the taxi rank next time. Also the price was £10 more than last time we used the service a few weeks ago so overall unimpressed

You did not pick the patient up to get to the hospital

From getting into the taxi there was no communication until the destination. The driver was talking on the phone the whole journey, quite loud. This was a NHS booking. And I was told the driver would wait to take me back. On arrival the driver told me he would wait, but wanted to go into Tesco to buy a drink. When I came out he was gone. The NHS reception phoned to ask where he was and to come back. He had left Tesco's. The most frightening thing was his driving. Often braking hard, then nearly hitting another car. I was so frightened for my safety.
As a constructive criticism I would recommend the driver speaks to you when getting in the taxi, and come off the phone to do so. Ask if I mind him talking on the phone, which I don't usually mind, unless it's loud. And when he's told me he will be waiting, be there. I was only 20 minutes. Also, with regards to my, and any others safety, he shouldn't be driving

Driver was great - better signage to the pickup point would help (Uber signage suggests that the pickup point is not for streetcars)
