Great team, great results

It's been over a year since my operation for a gastric sleeve and I have been so impressed by all steps of the process - from pre-surgery checks, the surgeon and operation, to the aftercare and support... and of course the weight loss.

The surgery and the care was brilliant. The follow up is consistent and the team are wonderful.
My surgeon was Shaw Somers, my surgery was a revision surgery after a previous gastric band.
As of yesterday 6 stones lost in less than 4 months...

I recently came into contact with Streamline after researching online for hours, days and months.

Making the decision to enter into the process of bariatric surgery can be quite daunting and apprehensive, I myself struggled with the concept and most ordinary people will put blockers in their way such as finance, time etc which effectively stops them from making a decision that will ultimately change your life.

I understand and trust me I was that guy...

Fast forward to October, I decided it was time I started to tackle my issues, having high blood pressure to which I am quite sure a diagnosis of pre-diabetes was on the cards soon, I also suffered from a condition such as sleep apnea which I can almost narrow down to issues with my weight.
I met with the team in Streamline for an initial consultation to discuss weight loss options and start to carve out what was best for me.

I must add the note that Leigh and Vicky at Streamline were fantastic in organising appointments, connecting me with my Surgeon and facilitating the process of the next step.

Moving forward I met with my Surgeon Dr Guy Slater and previous to meeting him was excited as I had done research about Bariatric surgery in the UK and his name entered the conversation many a time, I was then further relieved once I reviewed a previous YouTube video made by Dr Slater Titled choosing a surgeon.

Fast forward to the day, I am post op day 3 and feel well, this is the beginning of my journey of getting healthier but very happy with my decision to get this Surgery done in the UK by this company who have clearly spent depths of time in understanding relationships between patient care and customer satisfaction.

Big shout out to Vicky, who is the QB of the overall process, Vicky will be a welcomed liaison between you, streamline and the hospital ensuring everything from admissions to appointments are all scheduled into your diary.

Every staff member I interacted with were exceptional and had a true understanding of who was on the other side of the phone, screen or desk. I really applaud the service received and will ensure to advocate for Streamline based on my experience with the team, the process and the overall procedure.

In an era where effectively we the consumer are asking more of our businesses to be versatile, I can honestly recommend this business to begin the journey that will shape the rest of your life.

My surgeon Shaw Somers was fabulous- communication and care was great and operation life changing. I had a huge hernia repair plus bariatric surgery. In the two years since operation I have lost 7.5 stone and gone from a size 22 to a 10 after years of yo-yo dieting. The aftercare by dieticians was average and seemed very impersonal and as if they just wanted to tick their boxes and get off the call asap.

Surgeon and dietician have been brilliant supporting my journey over the last 2 years. Professional service with care from start to finish.

Streamline have been very helpful throughout my whole experience. However they do not have any places in the North West of the country and I think that this is something that needs to be resolved

Having worked in the NHS I had a good knowledge of local hospitals and surgeons who offered weight loss surgery and I was lucky enough to Mr Guy Slater and Streamline based locally at St. Richards Hospital in Chichester.
The whole process from initial contact, assessment, information and surgery was informative and 'streamline'.
At all stages, Streamline, Mr Slater and the dietitians were accessible and helpful.
15 months on, I have now lost 74lbs and feeling amazing and now have my life back.
I would definitely recommend Streamline and Mr Guy Slater for weight loss surgery.

I am 8 months post op from a Gastric Sleeve and have lost over 5st in that time. The support and guidance from Streamline has been fantastic. My surgeon Chris Pring did an excellent job, made sure that I was fully aware of my options to choose the correct surgery for me and the healing around the surgical site is great. The process was quick, just over a month from the first phone call till I had my surgery, but they were all reassuring and supportive. One of the fantastic supports post-surgery is the 2 years aftercare with a dietician and physiologist. Jack Moss as my physiologist has helped me to reintroduce exercise and building up my strength, I am now running 5k's!
This surgery isn't a quick fix or the easy option but the treatment and support you get from Streamline makes such a difference to your journey. The best decision I made this year!

Very helpful company, service was excellent. Aftercare is the best part of the package. Having the nurses, dieticians and physiologists on hand for any queries is great.

Everyone has been very helpful and friendly answering my hundreds and hundreds of questions! They never made me feel bad about where I was when I started my journey. My surgeon, Nick Carter has been very supportive, understanding and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process!!!

They’re always there to help if needed. The staff are understanding and kind. Overall amazing customer service.

Now two years post op and just discharged. Excellent service throughout from prep, surgery and very reliable and reassuring post operative support. Very responsive and reassuring. Thank you to all concerned, reached target weight , living life to the full and should have done it years ago! Excellent communication throughout for me and GP so care was seamless.
