Eric Rivas was patient, and helped me with more than one issue and questions I had, even suggesting something I wouldn’t have asked for, which will make my whole RMD experience easy.
We talked for some time, even though it was “ closing time”, as he kindly guided me through some simple errors on my part.
I feel confident going forward, and at ease, thanks to Eric!

Heather Kostroun was really phenomenal for me! She explained everything to me and was a pleasure to work with! Her knowledge was exceptional. I could not have asked for anyone better to work with, again. It was a pleasure to talk with her!

Eric walked with me through a very challenging connectivity problem involving my profile and passwords. He was infinitely patient and empathetic - and together we succeeded after many tries. If he were my employee, I'd give him a raise!

Heather heard my issue and found a good way to make things "right". I especially appreciated her patience as I removed my attention from her onto navigating the on-line steps I needed to do.

I found myself feeling very confused regarding my precious metals being managed by Strata Trust. I was so excited when I was connected with Strata Trust Customer Service Representative, Mr Cory Cooper, because he said he could help with all my questions and issues. By the time I hung up with him Cory had resolved every single issue I had and backed our conversation up by sending me emails giving me all of the same information. I’ve been with Strata Trust for years now and I most definitely will be contacting Mr. Cooper the next time I need help.

I had a somewhat complicated situation which Joshua Molina handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.

The first time I called, the situation was unable to be resolved due to issues with my bank. When I called back, I didn't ask for Joshua, but randomly ended up speaking with him again. Again, the manner in which he spoke and handled the matter was exceptional.

STRATA is so easy to work with and their Customer Service department is awesome.
They were very patient with me and explaining how the RMD distribution works. I highly recommend them.

Aliyah Jackson was very warm, efficient, and friendly.

I had an issue with a return of metals to the depository that got hung-up due to holiday delays & depository end of year inventory.

She found the hang-up details for me an gave me an approx. date that it would correct itself. At that point normal support would have ended.

She messaged me later to say she took it upon herself to contact the depository and get the metals credited to my acct. a week ahead of the anticipated date....much to my relief and pleasant surprise.

I was having some access difficulties, had been trying to accomplish some really important account items completed. If I had only found Marissa sooner!
