Quick, correct and super comfy shoes.

Shoes were extremely uncomfortable. Tried emailing twice to request the return process to begin, as instructed on website, but didn't receive a reply.

I also tried calling but the phone number listed on their website is not valid. I will contact my bank to have the payment denied.

Not answering on my return after many attempts. I have contacted my credit card number.

I LOVE your shoes! I have 4 pairs. My friends are now buying them too!.

Experience was great when I first ordered the sneakers. They came in a little little bit bigger than my normal size was returned very easily and resent quickly. Very happy with this product.

I adore these shoes. Highly recommend. They also came the next day after I ordered. I was shocked.

My shoes arrived in a timely manner and I love them! They are lightweight and feel great. They are true to size. I have wider feet so accurate size description is important to me and STQShoes delivered!

I didn’t received my package, and the company is no way to be found, i emailed them, called them, and i didn’t have any responds or refund or anything

Due to security issues I closed a paypal account a few months ago and cancelled the credit card they had on file and got a new card. When I purchased the shoes from STQ they gave the paypal option but I didn't select it. I selected pay with visa and gave them the visa information. Guess what. They ran it thru paypal. I got a reciept from paypal. They now have my information and credit cart information in their files. They looked it up. So now I'm dealing with their security dept again to try to get this taken care of again. And I will now have to cancel this credit card again to make sure they don't have it in their records. Thank You STQ. So if you are buying from STQ and you have any issue with being in Pay Pals records you better ask some questions before you give your infoe to them.

Not comfortable
Wore the shoes for 2 days and the shoes got more painful the more I wore them. Decided to return them but when I went online to find out the process I discovered I would lose about 1/3 cost of the shoes to fees.

I am very happy with my order. The colors, style and the fast delivery. I ordered for myself and family and we are happy with the comfort of the shoes. I will be a regular customer.

Shoes are very comfortable and supportive

Sent the wrong size shoes and blamed me for ordering the wrong size. Would not accept return.

The soles are very hard and uncomfortable. Absolutely no cushion under the ball of the foot and the heel isn't cushioned well. Causes A LOT of leg pain if I wear them all day. By the time I realized they were so painful, they were "worn" so I couldn't return them.

Shoes are easy to slip in (for a 93 yeae old). They are non-slip with great support.they are sooo good looking
and come in many colors to match man outfits. The only place I found good looking denim shoes. Very Affordable

STQ delivered my new sneakers timely even though they were out of stock for my original order. They communicated with me quickly when this O-of-S was discovered, and they gave me two other color options.

After choosing my new color combination, they verified that I really wanted the new selection, and then sent it. My shoes arrived in time for my sailing class, are really comfortable, light, and tasteful.

I love the shoes.. They are so cute and comfortable. I have 3 different colors and I love them all. I wish you had a wider variety of colors. I would buy a pair to match all my outfits! I work in the health care industry and I'm on my feet for very long days and my feet used to hurt really bad at the end of the day. I no longer have any of the pain and I didn't think that was possible. Thank you.
