Hi I have not had the product installed yet, it's being installed on the 30th, so any issues i will contact you, but as a company you have been brilliant, brilliant product, brilliant packaging and amazing communication through out, once installed and tested if any issues arise i will let you know, I will of course recommend you and the products albeit after the install

I ordered the stove and it was delivered on time. I haven't yet got it fitted do 8 can give another review if you need after that as it's important to see it working

Excellent customer service. Fast response to enquiry and sent a picture of my stove as I'd got the product number wrong. Bricks arrive two days later and now it looks as good as new. Ready for the next season.

Very efficient stove, Ottawa 5kw, nice clean lines unfussy but traditional feel. Smart neat, delivery booking easy, very competitive pricing. Came very well packed already assembled.
Clear updates as to where and when delivery is.. all on time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic packaging - very well protected.
Really solid fire.
Took me a while to get used to using the decorative logs. Only use 2 logs at a time now, as I set the fire alarm off in the house, as the fire was touching the logs!
The oil does give off a smell - will try other oils too.
Provides a lovely heat, and we just make sure the door is ajar for ventilation.

It’s great that you’ve found the sweet spot with the ceramic logs. As you discovered, keeping them just to the side of the flame ensures the cleanest burn. Regarding the scent, this usually dissipates after the first few uses, but trying different high-quality bioethanol brands can definitely help you find a favorite. Enjoy the lovely heat and the cozy atmosphere :)
