Not good customer service
I ordered from there website a replacement glass for a hothouse 4kw inset fire. I choose from there manufacturers selection. All the hothouse inset fires are 6 sided, the one I received was arched, so it would not go against the door seal. I eventually managed to contact them by phone to be told I had ordered the wrong glass, return it with a template and more money for the correct size. I tried to explain that I ordered this from their guidelines on their web site. After some amount of research on the hothouse I found that they are all 6 sided. So they either used the wrong template or wrong fire. I wrote all this in a letter. 3 weeks later still no replacement or refund for their mistake. VERY POOR SERVICE I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Thankfully I paid by credit card contracting them for help.
