Took my money but nothing been sent after 3 weeks, apparently the glass cutting machine was down. Asked for a refund but no response. Have had to contact my bank to try to recover the money.

Placed order never received it wouldn't answer my emails had to get my bank involved to get money back
Will never use again

Ordered glass, arrived badly packaged and smashed to pieces. Emailed company who replied and offered a replacement or a refund. Asked for a refund and never heard from them again despite numerous emails. Do not use this company

I ordered glass and then heard nothing despite being told that I would get tracking and delivery in 3 working days I was very worried as I couldn’t get hold of anyone despite numerous calls and emails. Eventually, my glass arrived and was well packaged
You need to improve your communication with customers

Absolutely terrible communication , order eventually turned up after 2 weeks, left several voice messages and emails, no response whatsoever. DO NOT CONFUSE THIS COMPANY WITH STOVE GLASS DIRECT

I have not received my order or had any response from the company despite repeated attempts to contact the. £50 down the drain. The lesson is to check the reviews before ordering.

Placed an order on 13th April2024 for rope gasket and glue for stove paid £18.75! After repeated emails and texts arrived today 14th May ! very short piece of rope 80cm length so would not fit around stove door and no glue or finishing tape!! Just wish I had read the other reviews before paying this rogue outfit!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .

Having ordered glass I checked reviews which were mostly bad. I emailed and tried to call but the mail and calls went unanswered.
Ten days later the glass arrived, well packaged. This company lets itself down by failing to communicate but the order was fulfilled.

Ordered glass from this company for my 89 year old mum her log burner glass broke and I ordered with the sizes and they sent one with a curve which is totally wrong and now they are blaming me which doesn’t help my mum who can’t afford to pay for another piece of glass the company are total thieves wish I could give them 0

Is this company even real? I only know that they took the money, sent no order confirmation, no shipping details, and no stove glass.

Update: the glass eventually arrived, about three weeks late. Actually well-packed. I think the company is for real, just rather disorganised.

Items supplied were exactly as ordered, delivery was just a bit slow, but it was during the Festive Season, so no complaints.

This business doesn't seem to have learned anything. Page after page of a long list of complaints. This business still continues with the same miss-handled orders , so it is par for the course with their haphazard way. I hope you read this before purchasing items and avoid a load of stress. Also check well prior to ordering to avoid any confusion with another similarly named company. Not worth the great hassle involved based on my own experience.

Good price and delivery as stated, The glass was packaged very well.

As other reviews, took two weeks to arrive, not the 3-5 days as advertised, no reply to emails or phone calls, not able to use stove in this time. Gave up waiting after 10 days and ordered from somewhere else who sent it next day with free seal. Stove glass-direct ignored requests for refunds, but magically sent glass after refunds demanded. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. In the end I now have two pieces of replacement glass, as attempting to send back to Stock glass-direct would be further pointless endeavour. Avoid them at all costs.

Just another bad review, much the same experience as the rest. I spoke to the owner before ordering, he was helpful and suggested a turnaround of 3-5 days. When I paid the bank blocked my bank transfer, I thought that the bank were being over cautious, how wrong was I?
I rang back, amazed he answered, as cannot raise any response now. I’m wondering if he’s gone on holiday with all our money!?
I paid through Klarna, directed by him.
No updates, no delivery, no glass.
Disgusting behaviour.

We are now on day 28 and I even got to speak to someone about it who said I am so sorry it will be there tomorrow morning
