I ordered 10 flags, 9 arrived one was incorrect. Have now waited 2 weeks for replacements for the missing flags and nothing. The last time I offered they missed a flag from my order too, but that was sent out.

21 December and I'm still waiting for the 2 missing flags. Despite the reply saying I've been sent an email about stock issues I've not been told this and have twice been told they were sending out the two missing flags.

24 December. The two missing flags arrived. Order was originally placed November, incomplete order arrived 28 November.

I now have two keyrings of flags and really love them.

I'm only giving 3 stars as only 4 of my 5 flags arrived.
I'm sure this is just an admin error. I have contacted them explaining that part of my order was missing. I am hopeful that I they will contact me to offer a replacement for the missing product, as it was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift.

The 4 flags I did receive are lovely. Really good quality. And look great in the keychain.

A replacement was sent out for my missing part. Quality is good and it made a great gift. Postage was a little slow, but I guess that's just the time of year.

Overall good, we'll order again in the future.

Advent calendar is of poor quality, flags are very small, so glad I didn’t get them engraved as would be far too small.
Not worth the money

Really nice present, took a little while to arrive, but I ordered 6 flags and had them all engraved.

I love the product its so unique and a talking point.

Postage is quite expensive for the size of the item and delivery times are very long.

Very disappointed, I ordered my items as a gift that still haven’t been delivered. I emailed but didn’t get any email back which left me very anxious and now the date has passed for the gift to be issued. I’m really gutted. I emailed and I haven’t even received an email back to confirm if the delivery has been sent out or not. Very disappointed. 😞

What a disaster. After a lot of problems, I finally obtained a keyring and flags for my granddaughter last year. She has just been to work at a school in Gambia so obviously I wanted to add a Gambian flag. 5 weeks after ordering and after various excuses and promises that the flag has been sent I am told that all supplies of the Gambia flag have been sent to Gambia with no information as to when or if it will be back in stock even though it is not listed out of stock on the website. This is such a good concept, very poorly executed.
Update. Storyteller want me to take down this review as I ordered through Not On The High Street, even though my communications, such as they were, have been with Storyteller direct as per my account above.

This website is a scam website I payed for multiple keyrings and I havnt received anything, Do not order from them as they don't answer at all!

I needed a Flagmate and flags quickly for a present for a back-packing niece to take with her on her travels so emailed to see if it was possible. I was emailed back later the same day and everything was arranged with no hassle at all. Due to time constraints I.e. my late notice (had been on my to-do list and seemed ages until she was leaving…)there wasn’t time for engraving but it didn’t matter as she was delighted. She’s going to let me know where else she plans to visit so I can add to her flags later on 😀. Have bought these as presents for a number of people. Great product, great service and love to support a company that really does Do Good.

My delivery was sent to me in very timely fashion and it was exactly right with no errors. The only two things I would have liked was a confirmation email just letting me know that the order had been placed. Secondly, I sent a message via the Contact Us section on the website and left my email address on there, but nobody replied to the message.

Love the concept behind this idea. I absolutely love carrying my keychain with me everyday as a reminder of all of the wonderful memories and experiences I have made in each of countries I visited. The engraving adds a special touch. Keep up the great work.

Can I give no stars? This company is a scam. They did send part of my original order for Christmas but I had 2 missing flags. You don't get any correspondence to confirm your order and they respond via Facebook chat when they want to and promise it's on its way but still nothing arrived. Scammers scammers scammers do not trust this company.

Story teller are jus after your money, all they do is write what your have told them, the style is shocking, i had mental health difficulties during the proces told them that and they still took my money and insitited that i finish the book, do not use this company, employ a ghost writter of your own, it will be much cheaper and you have more control and get what you want. I am sur that story teller will call me now and ask me to remove my review, but they were no help when I was having a breadown.
