Total scam money grab site. Made a few deposits and balance spirals straight to zero almost every time with very few, small line wins, bonus rounds are almost non-existent and if you do hit one it's doesn't even come close to covering your losses. They've got good games but they're money grabbing thieves and don't even provide fair gameplay for your money so I'll never spend here again nor should anyone reading this. People don't have to win every time to enjoy the platform but this place would rather rob you a couple times and drive customers away instead of giving the customer a fun and exciting experience even when they lose.

This company is trash! You spend money to play social slots… But, after spending a couple hundred I came up $900. I tried to redeem $900. Then they reserve the right to limit your redemptions to tiers? I have spent plenty of money with this site. This was the first time trying to redeem. So my only option was $250 eligible. I did that…. 4 days later and 5 tries to different cards still were denied during the redemption process. After the fifth time of being denied I ask a customer service rep what up … “clear your cache, and or try different cash out method..” Wtf! No shit. So as the balance of my $900 sits there as they screw you over in denials of redemption but no true grounds for them to deny it…. So I used the four cards I had tried for redemption of the $250 and denied, to purchase smaller sweeps packages… guess what they work for purchases but they won’t work for receptions…… what a scam of a site!!! Plz don’t waste your moneyor your time scam site!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

I had a horrible slow and buggy experience on storm rush I first tried on my phone to play blackjack and received multiple play was rejected messages thought it was strange but said screw it and moved to slots where I went through the most miserable 20 minutes of my life on a slow buggy slot experience after giving up i thought maybe the site only works on pc... WRONG! it did not work for blackjack on pc either I contacted support who left me waiting definitely do not recommend.

Well look no further this team is dedicated to helping you when you need it! From those deals, to even redeeming your winnings, Nolan was a big help when I was unsure what to do with my winnings. He helped and even stuck around to see if I had any other questions...a giant leap in the answer the question close the chat world we live in.

The customer service is rude. Then have the nerve to lie about how the money goes from the bonus to the vault so you can claim it to play with. I have $29.84 in my bonus after I claimed my vault money so is it that I can’t use the &29.84

Customer support told me I was getting 4 percent back just wait for it to load so I waited the next day a different customer service agent told me I am not getting my percent back. Thursday, February 26, 2026 has started out to be one of the BEST days that I can remember in a LONG time.

I logged into my stormrush.com account and decided to play one of the 3 games that I had saved in my favorites.

I wagered 0.40 and pressed the spin button several times…… lost several 0.40 wagers and then it happened!! I pressed the spin button again and the bells went off and the dollar amounts continued to flash on my phone screen and continued to add up….. to over $400.00!! I’m still in shock 😳 as I have never won anything like this in my entire 63 years!!

The customer service representative that I chatted with was 150% on her game, for so early in the morning….. A+++ in every aspect. She answered all of my questions, and made the redemption process a lot less nerve racking for me.

I have already redeemed $100.00 of the over $400.00 that I won this morning. I’ll be back tomorrow morning to either redeem another $100.00, or look at their plethora of virtual gift cards for purchase.

Stormrush has several “Tier Levels”, which I totally understand and I have no issues with that at all. It absolutely makes sense that someone who is at Tier 2 or 3 has the opportunity to redeem a larger amount of their winnings in a 24 hour period than someone who is on Tier 1. The folks on Tier 2 and higher have put more of their own personal funds into the social casino website.

I could not be more pleased with my experiences, thus far, and Stormrush.com will now be my one and only go to online social casino!
