It took a while to arrive, but my Selena tumbler was totally worth the wait. I absolutely love it!

After receiving item that was claimed to be going through an extensive quality inspection, the item received was misaligned and the logo was extremely off centered. When trying to return the item it was a battle. I got a song and dance routine about shipping cost and labor. Funny part is, I paid for the shipping. With numerous attempts and back and forth emails it went from 25% to 40% to 50%. Of course that was 50% off the posted price not including the shipping I paid for. I truly didn't want the item any longer and ended up giving it away. Truthfully all I wanted was a refund but I saw that was going to be nearly impossible so I would highly recommend customers to look for another company to do business with.

The ease of ordering and being informed as to the status of my order. I don't think I could come up with a critique of any part of my experience.

Received damaged lid contacted them they said they would replace it… They never sent a new lid. Weeks go by I want a full refund!!!!!

If I could rate lower I would! They sell counterfeit merchandise that's advertised and priced as legitimate goods. They are a complete scam!

I’m wondering about my order status

Product not as advertised. These tumblers are sleeves and have NO glitter or bling to them whatsoever. With lighting and digital capabilities, pictures can make the product appear to have "bling". However, to the naked eye, they are dull, flat and certainly not worth purchasing. Do not Buy. I bought 6 as gifts and spent over $200. I will not be giving them as gifts; it would be quite embarrassing to do so.

The advertised Stanley tumbler was not a real Stanley. False advertisement. When I emailed to get a refund, they would not accommodate. I definitely would not purchase from this company again. They are a scam.

This is not a Stanley it’s an off brand that you just put a design on. Not the same quality

I requested a name on the cup, and there was no name when I got the cup. I have screenshots of my order where it specifically says there's a name in the " your name here" box.
Their only recommendation was for me to buy another cup.

Product picture is misleading. It looks nothing like the picture.

Never received the item it has been months!

I was hesitant to order from Stormmerch based on reviews and comments on the web but they had a 40 oz cup I wanted so after a couple days of debating I ordered the cup. It arrived earlier than anticipated and the company kept me informed with tracking updates until the cup arrived. Unfortunately the design on the cup was underwhelming and disappointing!
#1 - there was no sparkle to anything on the mug!1
#2 - you can barely read the words on the sides of the cup because the lettering is so small
#3 - the oval tiger emblem on both sides don't line up with the pointed football at the bottom of the mug
#4 - the scale of everything on the mug is much smaller than the image on the web.
For the price I expected my cup to look like the image on the web.
I emailed Stormmerch about my disappointment and received a quick reply asking how they could make things right. They offered to send me another cup so I said yes, hoping it would look like the images on the web. Unfortunately it looked just like the first mug I received.
Bottom line, the company seems to care about its customers and tries to make things right and the shipping is faster than expected. Just be warned that the product you receive may not look exactly like the images on the web site.

The Stanley was fake, the lid came broken and the straw was basically a throw away. The design was good.
