Ryan and Bruce did a great job
Ryan and Bruce did a great job - from the very start when Ryan came to quote to completion of the work. He understood our budgetary challenges and found the right solution for the right price. He went the extra mile from the start, immediately fixing a dangerously loose window whilst measuring up.
He kept us fully informed throughout the process, was great with our young kids and really good just to chat with. The house, driveway, etc. was left as if they hadn't been there. Brilliant.
We are delighted with the outcome - just what we had hoped for.

Excellent service! Ryan listened to everything I needed and I couldn't be happier with the finished result. One thing that was really important to me was using someone I felt comfortable having in my home. I would highly recommend. Reliable and high quality
Ryan always responded very quickly to emails and WhatsApp, gave me a very competitive quote and paid careful attention to all my requirements when he visited. He offered a wide range of options for our composite front door, and installed that, a patio door, PVC door and three windows in two half-days. He was polite throughout, and clearly knows what he is doing. Also gave some advice on wall insulation and refixed a blind that needed to be repositioned.

Professional and friendly.
We found Ryan to be very professional, friendly and helpful from our first meeting until we finished our project. We had an extension built using SIP insulated panels and Ryan explained the whole process and made some great recommendations towards the finished product. Ryan kept us fully informed the whole time the work was being carried out. He also upgraded some of our existing widows.
Overall, we are extremely happy with the work carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

No quote and no response - Time waster
I tried to get a quote from Ryan and sent him all the details he requested. He specified a date to get the quote over to me and I didn't hear anything more. I then chased him again and got another date and nothing came through. I then chased again only to be told he would "resend it". There is nothing in my e-mail or junk folder and of course nothing has come through again after lots of phone calls and emails chasing there have been no replies. If he can't even get a quote to a client I can not even imagine what he is like when doing a complex project.

Firstly thank you for your feedback and we apologise that you feel you have been let down by our service.
As a small company run only by myself, the recent unprecedented circumstances have been a challenge. I have been working hard to reply to all emails and calls from my customers while also trying to chase manufacturers for products and dates which is proving difficult from my side to.
I have run many large complex projects prior to Covid 19 to which I have received nothing but praise from my customers who feel the job has been fulfilled to their complete satisfaction. Such reviews can be found on my facebook page and my website for Storm.
I am sure you can appreciate that trying to get a small business back on track in the current climate is hard and I can only apologise that you feel that I have not met your expectations in service.
