These albums are beautiful. I have ordered three albums from this company (two generic and one bespoke (a personalised wedding album)). They arrive beautifully packaged and the quality stands out from the start. I love the semi transparent leaves between each page. I bought some white photo corners separately and the final result is very effective. Don’t hesitate!
Beautiful photo album, high quality item and the personalisation options are really good. Victoria is quick to respond to messages and very helpful. This is the 2nd album I've purchased and can't recommend Victoria and her products highly enough

I purchased a”traditional photo album” from this company which turned out to be a scrapbook. The book simply has white card pages and is NOT a photo album.
I got in touch with the company with regards to the false advertising. Their response did not demonstrate any signs of good customer service. Although they offered a refund I did not take this option as their refund policy involves repackaging the item and a visit to the post office which is time consuming for me.
Please avoid this product from the company.

I ordered a photo book and when I saw the estimated delivery date, I was a little concerned whether it would arrive in time. I emailed Victoria and had prompt responses ensuring it would arrive on time. It did! I am extremely pleased with it and packaging etc was great too. I will definitely use Victoria’s site again as I have other special occasions coming up this year. Thank you.
