Bought a mobile WiFi device from this company, only to arrive and find it will not power up or show any signs of life, even after charging, have now been chasing them for nearly two months trying to retrieve a refund, I strongly advise you to avoid this company or many others that sell within the name Store01, all I receive is messages stating that their aftersales will be in touch.

I followed an add on Facebook showing a young man with Downs Syndrome making beautiful coasters (Aiyana Studio) on 6th May. As soon as I saw the articles were coming from China I knew I had been duped. The goods were sent by Online Store 01 and received today. I got four resin coasters nothing like I ordered. I regret being taken in by sob story. Wouldn’t recommend

Online store 01 is a rip off ,i made 3 orders and have never gotten the correct item , worst off all is the ice maker , advertised as ice in 2 min no elect no freezer what i recieved doest even hold the water

Id give 0 but I cant this company operates under at least 10 different names selling alsorts none of it legit. There websites look proffessional with 5* reviews but its all fake. I ordered 3 dresses from one of the websites they have olvia rose london. They claim to be london based there not there chinese. They offer you a 30 day money back guarantee to drag you in then wont honnor it. Its a massive large scale scam that needs investigating and shuttung down. Consumers are been scammed out of hundreds. You get ypur item its nothing like what you ordered you have to email to request a return and they offer you a million different options other than a refund. Store credit, 10% refund to keep or an exchange for a fee. You reply saying no I want a refund they reply giving you more options other what you want and thats an address to return. If you do manage to get an address its an unreconisable address in china that diesnt exist. You have to cover postage, customs, tracking ect and wait for it to never arrive and not get a refund. Im out of pocket of £129.00. Ive reported to trading standards to see if they can do anything but this is a large scale operation. I only found out that 1 store was the as who Id orderex from becsuse of the evri tracking. Ive since found lots of other websites that belong to this operation. Please avoid.

I brought the ice cube maker that makes 200 ice cubes in 2 minutes I’ve not received it after EVRI there courier’s picked it up on the 24th of May . I’ve emailed hsoori who I brought it from and asked them to sort their courier out . The company is useless they can’t even reply back or solve the issue . They’ve already taken the money from my bank so I now requested a refund . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Andy

I keep on getting. An item. That wrong. Description. But stats. A blood sugar. Meter. It o2. Meter. They. Get it wrong. But I get a delivery When not ordered. But no return. DO NOT USE. THIS company

I bought a very cheap personalised fridge magnet based on a photo upload of a person and a squidgy tummy.

The product is as described, but its broken into pieces during transit. Theres no way something this thin would survive without being broken when it’s travelled halfway round the world and gone through customs in a flimsy jiffy bag. The bag was bubble wrapped on the inside yes, but a plastic item no more tha 3mm thick needs to be kept flat in a stiff box, not in a floppy packaging bag.

SCAM! Don’t buy

Placed 3 orders for the same product.
What arrived were small pieces of plastic with transfer pictures stuck on them, worth at best .50p each.
All advertised with 3D animated movies and representations. Absolutely a scam. Ordered and delivered within 5 days (obviously not sent from China)
But the return address is china with a 35$-$80 shipping cost. I should be able to return them to the address they were dispatched from in the UK and the postage would be £3-£4 at most. This site/organisation is just a clearance house for Chinese rubbish and needs to be shut down.

Goods were not as described. What a load of rubbish and not worth anything like what they charged. I paid in the end £66 for something I would not have paid £5 for in the shops. Have read their returns policy but judging by the reviews not worth the return postage as I wont get anything back

Bought a pair of WiFi extenders for £99 following a positive online review. They are absolutely rubbish they give 26mbps when sat in the same seat I get 490mbps from my router. I only received them today and have requested a refund. Yet more Chinese rubbish . Store 1 and Vassco are the same businesses. I ordered direct from Vassco but the items were delivered from Store 1. They make out they are English but are not. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Taken money for an order which has never been sent. Has not replied to any of the many emails I have sent them. Bievora products

Taken the money and no item received, there should be more purchaser protection for these scams

Sadly same experience as previous reviews. Store is a front for counterfeit goods with no chance of getting your money back. The same item I purchased is now available on another Facebook AD under a new company ID which is also fake.

On 13/2/2025 I ordered 2 items from this website one arrived 28/2/2025 but no sign of the second item. Have contacted them 3 times and still not received any response Very disappointed and surprised.
