Marketing & "Maple Washing"
I was very interested to try one of their products - was looking for a good quality Canadian product which their Age Defying Dream Cream claims to be. But when I went to purchase it I noted that the price was in US$(?). I also note that they were offering "free shipping" but also only to their US customers?! So we have a product being "made in Canada" where the company will cover the shipping costs to their US customers but will charge their Canadian customers shipping fees(IN US$$). That's a hard NO! for me & I hope other Canadian customers as well!
The US Company needs to update their marketing strategies. We, in Canada, call that "Maple washing".

Both of those statements are accurate, and we don't market ourselves as a Canadian company - we market the product as Canadian-made, which it is.
Regarding pricing and shipping: we are a US-based business. We offer international shipping as a convenience for customers outside the US, but cross-border shipping costs are genuinely high, which is why free shipping promotions are typically limited to domestic orders. To offer free shipping within Canada, we would need to operate a separate fulfillment facility there, which would significantly increase our overall costs and ultimately affect product pricing for all customers. This is standard practice for most cross-border retailers.
That said, we'd love to have you as a customer. If you reach out to us at customerservice@puritywoods.com, we're happy to help you place an order and discuss shipping options.

I have been using Purity Woods Skin Care products for several years mostly the age defying serum and day cream. I trust them because they are organic and third party tested. I just started using the night cream. I love them all! They are light and creamy and have a wonderful delicate smell. The service has been great and when I have asked for advice or help with an issue, they were prompt and very helpful with resolving my issue. I will continue to buy and use these products as I am very happy with their results.

Didn’t work for me
Used this product for 4 months and my skin kept getting worse. Developed dry patches around brows and nose that wouldn’t go away. Skin looked worse than when I used the $10 Korean crème. Have switched to Wild carrot and in three days all scaliness was gone. Don’t know why it didn’t work for me.

I ordered both the dream cream and the anti-aging night cream a couple of years ago and found that both creamed a foul odor to them. That in itself turned me off. If they could improve the scent I would be willing to got try them again.

I love Purity Woods
I love Purity Woods! It’s absolutely the most effective and cleanest products, that I’ve ever researched and used. My favorites are Age Defying Dream Cream, Age Defying Night Cream, Age Defying Eye Cream and the Elastin Boost Hyper Lift Serum. Organic B complete
I have been using products purchased from Purity Woods for quite some time. The organic B complete has been an excellent source of B vitamins since I follow a plant based diet. I highly recommend it.

I was charged 3 times in a row for the same cart. I emailed 3 times in the first 24-58 hours to cancel two orders.
When I received all 3, I emailed again to return two of the orders.
About a week after I received the orders, the Director responded and has refunded all three orders.

Don't waste your time or your money.
Two of the bottles of dream cream that I ordered had the stems broken off just under the cap, rendering the contents unusable. Customer support made me jump through hoops to try to get either a refund or replacement, to no avail. After sending the first bottle back to them, they totally ignored me. Waste of money.

Instead, the pump mechanism creates a vacuum to dispense the cream. If the pump isn’t functioning properly, it could be due to a manufacturing issue or damage during transit, and we absolutely want to make that right.

These organic products are a joy for the skin. I first purchased the lotion, which feels and smells wonderful. I haven't used it long enough to comment on its effect on wrinkles, but my face feels refreshed and has a healthy-looking glow after application.
