Mobility chair
My mum had a mobility chair delivered this morning. Lawrence was brilliant explaining everything to her & taking the time to make sure she was comfortable with it all. Had to write this review as the service we got yesterday at Stafford branch was fab. We were looking for an electric wheelchair. We wanted advice without a pressure sell and that’s exactly what we got. Melanie was patient , knowledgable and friendly. She really helped guide us to the right chair. Checked details like our ability to lift the chair into the car easily. Exactly what customer service is about. There was a good range of chairs to choose from all reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I am disabled and bought an armchair…
I am disabled and bought an armchair from Cannock branch at the end of January 25 and had a 12 month gtee. I reported that the cushioning had gone within the chair giving no support to a disabled person. They said I have caused this due to the way as a disabled person i have been sitting on it. They said won't repair under gtee and that I can buy another from them by "doinga deal". I haven't finished paying this one. Absolutely Disgusting

We completely understand how frustrating this must feel and its never our intention for any customer to be unhappy.

I had to claim on the insurance , Andy came out with the part and fitted it on to my scooter.
It was so easy and I never ever claimed on insurance ever.
