My mother had a chair delivered and removed today, 03/03/26. Lawrence and Macauley were super kind and super efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and Lawrence spent time talking to mom and showing her exactly how the chair worked. We were both really impressed and the whole process was not rushed.

I was served by Luke (Area manager) his product knowledge is excellent and I purchased a Pelma elite.
It was delivered as he said it would be.
His overall customer service was excellent and I would recommend easy living and Luke to anyone who requires any disability aids.

I was helped by Christian. I have never had to use a walking stick previously but have a leg fracture and will be coming off elbow crutches soon and needed advice as to the most suitable walking aid to use next. I was very happy with the help I received.

The whole experience as be amazing from the sales advisor in the shop who allowed us to choose with out any pressure and try the the chairs . She advised us of what we needed. The delivery and set up was brilliant Laurence weaver explained all the work and showed me what i needed to do

On the 3/2/2026 myself and a friend were shopping in Lichfield when the front wheel literally dropped off of my walker, luckily it did not roll off anywhere. We made a pit stop and called into the Lichfield branch of Easy Living. An extremely polite and helpful chap by the name of John Elston very kindly replaced the missing screw etc fixing it straight away. I am extremely grateful as this enabled me to get home safely. It restores your faith in human kindness when someone goes that extra mile for you. You must be proud to have him as your branch manager.Regards Debbie, one happy customer.

Two riser/recliner chairs delivered today by two men Lawrence & Macauley. They set up the chairs & removed our old armchairs . Carried out demo of function of chairs. Very pleasant & polite throughout the installation.

Fantastic quality chair. Showroom staff were very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Delivery was on time went very smoothly. Lawrence and Steve were very courteous and helpful. They set up the chair and explained everything. We were very impressed with their professionalism. My husband couldn't be more pleased with his new chair which will make it so much easier for him to get in and out of.

Christian from Easy Living Tunbridge Wells whet to great lengths to understand my needs and took all the time I needed to get to the bottom of what was the best mobility scooter given my condition, explaining all the scooter's features. He was polite and courteous throughout.
