First time using a storage company
This is the first time I've used a storage company and I have to say, I've been very impressed with Storage Vault. very clean, dry and bright. I took the discounted 2 months on a 75 square foot unit as I was moving home and will most definitely use the services again as my new home didn't have a shed so this allowed me time to built a shed and let me come and go as I pleased. Miriam has been fantastic and I would highly recommend Storage Vault.

This is the second time that I have…
This is the second time that I have used the Storage Vault, Coatbridge and when I enquired how much a unit would be Miriam got in touch. I told her when I wanted the unit and hopefully would only need it for a month. Unfortunately I had to postpone when I needed the unit for and Miriam said to let them know when I would need it and they would hopefully be of help which they were. Cara was very helpful whenever I went into the office.

Deborah and Jordan have been amazing since my initial enquiry. They were very understanding of the circumstances and extremely helpful, keeping in contact throughout the process. My items are now safely stored with the added bonus of a 50% discount for the first 3 months. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been using the storage space for…
I have been using the storage space for about 7 months now. The main reason for choosing this company was a phone call to Jordan who was able to identify our needs and recomend the type of storage we needed. We were also able to visit and view the storage space before making our decision. I like the idea of being able to enter our storage whenever we wanted. They also have trollies available to help you with moving your items. This is not available at other units. I would recomend this company to others.

Can’t fault the facilities or staff
Jordan and Deborah were very friendly, helpful and approachable. My short term storage went very smoothly.
There was a slight admin error made which was noticed immediately and rectified with apologies.
Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent Service and staff
We have just downsized our unit. Kenny made this process so easy for us and Deborah topped it off with a great new deal. As well as being very professional, Kenny and Deborah make you feel comfortable by being friendly and chatty. Would reccomend this service to anyone. Big thumbs up !!

Friendly Staff
Cara and Stefani were so friendly and welcoming when I arrived to discuss the details of storage. It was all so easy and hassle free. I was able to check out the size of the storage unit and even change my mind about size at the last minute. I’d highly recommend this storage company. The girls on sight certainly know their job.

Great service
Great service received to store my belongings. Cara was the lovely person who helped me find exactly what I needed she was lovely, efficient and very helpful. The process was so quick I got an instant quote online and Cara called me first thing the next morning to go over everything with me!

Communication was great. Answered all my questions. Nothing was a problem. Andrew was really friendly and helpful. Abigayle kept me well informed too when I needed to renew my lease. The unit in Stirling was clean with such easy access 24/7. Would highly recommend this storage company.
