People working there are extremely nice helpful and my experience has been very positive. Office ladies awesome.. they took notice that I was moving places and prepared a gift basket for me that was so unexpected and very thoughtful of all the staff highly appreciated, would easily recommend them to friends and family. Exceptional service from Storage King Riccarton
Exceptional service from the very first contact by phone through to signing up for a storage unit to obtaining instructions, all of which have enabled a completely seamless and trouble-free experience. Very happy with my storage unit - great size, absolutely spotless on entry, and the ease of access is ideal. Amazing service from a lovely young lady when signing up, received helpful instructions as well as a map of the site, and a personal guided tour of where to find my unit. Storage King Riccarton - where great customer service is an everyday occurrence.

Amazing Customer Experience
Ladies in the office were helpful, caring and good for a decent chat and laugh. The ladies were also very informative on anything and everything I needed to know and were happy to show many options on the units along with the prices.
