Maya was extremely helpful with all the information at reception and had a positive attitude

It started with a phone call and I spoke with a chap called Ducan who was brilliant at listening to my needs and gave my useful and informative information. When I went into book my storage I was greeted by Duncan and Helen Anderson with a big warm welcome and a big smile. Duncan showed me the storage space and then Helen proceeded to go through all the paperwork etc. All in all they were very professional with a nice friendly presentation. They are both a true credit and an asset to your company.

Rikkey Kasilingam was excellent and provided outstanding customer service. I was contacted within minutes of my online inquiry he was pleasant no pressure but very interested in my needs and offered several options. As my position was influx he said he would call me back in 2 weeks and he called exactly when he said he would. I didn't secure a unit at this time because another free option arose - however I would definitely use this company especially this agent should I have any storage needs. Bravo

Well , im on benefits and reserved the unit in the ground floor . However , it was on the 1st on arrival therefore the removal company charged me an extra £25 for being in the 1st floor . Great experience, urm no.. it was Rhys that I dealt with and no empathy was shown at all .

Paul and Michael were both great for my move in date, I’ve used storage giant last year with a private unit. This year I used the student shared space. Both guys were very friendly and helpful with moving my items and sorting out the paperwork. Can’t recommend them enough for customer service 👍

Does what it says on the tin. Jordan was very helpful and made sure that the unit we rented was the perfect size and he was also very clear on the payment details and cancellation options etc. Highly recommended, make sure to ask for Jordan.

I am absolutely over the moon with the service that was provided by Michelle C. I have used a different storage company before but never this company and I was weary about a different one. I’m so glad I came here and met Michelle because she showed me a couple of units so I could gauge the size that I would need to store my items.
She offered me discount and explained things throughly to me.
She was patient and had a wicked sense of humour and we had a good laugh, she cheered me up as I’ve been going through a difficult time.
She gave me the details of a removal company which I used, they were cheap and reliable and everything went smoothly.
I couldn’t have asked for more.
I highly recommend this company, I’m glad I came here and items are stored here long term 😊👌
