I was helped my simon who was great. He helped me figure out what was available,patiently answered all my questions, gave me options and together found me a unit closest to my uni that suit my long term and short term needs. We also chatted about uni a bit.

James at Kidderminster was excellent, kept us updated and professional and friendly

Mike took my call, arrange for me to head down and get setup. Courtney went through all my paper work and showed me around the unit.

Both of them have nailed their roles, best customer service ever!

Spoke to Simon, he was very helpful in explaining how the storage unit worked breaking down how much it would all cost and what I could store in the unit. Very professional and was happy to help with any questions I had and even said I could contact either him or Kate after I rent a unit if I had any follow up questions. I'm happy with the call and give 10 stars :)

Alex was very accommodating, when I had an issue regarding payment he managed to make it so I could pay the amount owed.

Super quick and easy check in. Courtney at reception was fab and helped get us checked in.

Had to call prior to switch unit sizes and ask some questions and Ross was very helpful over the phone!

Inside is super clean and very accessible. Pleased also with having a lock and key provided.

We have used safestore in the past and they were absolutely terrible, if youre looking for storage in the area definitely go with storage giant!

Amazing Bicester Storage Giant, in an accessible location, with a great choice of unit sizes and excellent customer service. Communication was always clear, and our enquiries and requests were answered promptly, throughout the years we rented the unit.
Paul is such a humble and friendly person, and with his expertise and the help of his colleague John, they went the extra mile to help us clear our unit at the end of the contract. They saved us from a lot of hassle we would otherwise have faced, making everything smooth from beginning to end.
