The samples ordered arrived the next …
The samples ordered arrived the next day, As did the actual order of 24 tiles. Unfortunately although very well packed and protected 7 out of 24 were broken. Stonetrader were very fast to offer refund or replacement. We opted for refund as we had to patch together the broken ones to do the job. The refund was received immediately on request and without any hassle. Breakages happen, that's life. But it's how a company deal with such issues. Stonetrader were excellent. No complaints.

Late delivery
Product arrived and is fine but the delivery was a day late and no apology was given until I contacted them. This was disappointing.

Sorted my issue with tiles and didn't hold my job up.
After a mix up on my delivery of tiles and after emailing Peter and Marco I had my tiles re delivered and the others collected the next day. My tiler thankfully wasn't held up and was able to 'Carry on Tiling'.. In the end it all worked out.

6 years later, still top notch service!
We bought a lot from Stonetrader back in 2011, a huge quantity of porcelain which after years of family abuse looked as good as new. Delighted to find they still existed and recently placed the first order of many for a new build. Faultless service once again!

Very quick and cheap service, however a few of the tiles were broken in one of the boxes but I had enough tiles to complete the job

Absolutely fantastic customer service!
Absolutely fantastic customer service and fast delivery.
Their tiles are the best among those I recently purchased from several shops and online retailers.
Although I had a bit of issues with my order, they got it sorted very quickly.
I will definitely come back if I need more tiles in the future.
