Really not happy at all. Had expensive quartz worktops fitted in 2020 from the Sandyford branch. Also purchased my stone fire surrounds more recently from the same company in Mullingar. The quartz worktops turned out to be far too heavy for my 1860s house and have bent and are threatening to cause the joists to split and literally bring the house down - so I reached out for help to Carmen, the manager of the Sandyford Stone Studio showroom. Carmen had successfully sold to me in 2020 when she contacted me directly to get rid of a spare slab they were no longer stocking. Now as a former customer looking for assistance, Carmen passed on my email to someone called Brid who simply replied that they won’t help. No advice, no guidance, no offer to remove, no quote to remove, no information on who might be able to help. I replied saying I thought the least they could do would be to offer some advice and they simply didn't bother answering. Very poor treatment of a former customer in a dangerous situation.

As an aside - when I bought the fire surround in Mullingar it was end of the line display model with marks on it and an employee said the owner would rather throw it on the skip than sell it cheaper. That business philosophy comes to light when there’s a problem for a customer - they’re not interested once they get the money in. Let that be a warning.

I ordered a coat and it arrived in time.However it was too small and so contacted Jack who reassured me that he would refund the jacket & belt.

I am still waiting and after 8+ emails Jack has still not responded and so will take legal action against this irresponsible company.

I ordered a hoodie and a vest from Stone Athletic, both have great print quality and are super comfortable. I actually ordered the wrong size vest at first - messaged Stone on Instagram and the exchange was sorted within a week!

A slight problem with the order, but the customer service in resolving it was personal and first class and the hoodie was great quality. Highly recommended

The print It is made quite profy and the quality and the comfort from the t-shirt it is high standard I can say so yes over all I am more then happy with pretty much everything 💪🏻😉👍🏻
