1 star is too generous of a rating for this dealer/scrapyard. Put a deposit down on the nissan juke nismo they are currently advertising, test drove it and identified it needed 2 new front tyres, MOT, service, air con needed sorting a had an exhaust rattle. Was told this would all be sorted then following week, rung on the Thursday to be told not sure where the car is and that the business owner had taken it somewhere. Called again on the Friday to be told it was in the body shop being painted which was not something that was agreed, so then became concerned that it had been hit and they were trying to cover it up, was then told the owner Gabriel would call us about it. Nothing until the Monday when they called said they were also unsure why it had been painted, explained to them we now wanted our deposit back as had lost faith in the car and didn't agree to have a painted car, again told Gabriel would call. He then called on Tuesday and when we explained our reasoning with the paint work he simply refused the give the deposit back and told us he had made the car better, he was extremely rude and aggressive. Checked the MOT which had only been done that day and it had an oil leak and failed when retested the same day the oil leak had disappeared and when asked what was the oil leak from and rectified was completely ignored. The company is in the process of being dissolved. Would stay well away from them as they are thieves and con artists! Currently in the process with our bank to do a charge back claim.

Absolute scammed just avoid at all costs. You will be ripped off

DO NOT BUY A CAR FRON THESE CON ARTISTS. I bought a hyundai i10 from here paid 1600 for it, when I took it on a test drive it kept stalling so was told leave it with them and they would get it looked at the next day, it took over a week for them to sort the problem and the communication was shocking. They never once rang me and I had to call them everyday. No log book with the car as apparently they couldn't find it. Two months down the raid I have a hole in the radiator and have qouted 400.00 for a new radiator, I have rang them and sent them an email but obviously being ignored as noone has replied. Discussing service and a bunch of cowboys

Honestly I would give this garage 0 stars if I could. What utter SCAMMERS!!!! Avoid them!! We brought my son his first car, we paid £1495. Gabriel is an out right lier, thief and con artist. We have had it 3 months and already have a temperature light and a check engine light on.
It’s supposed to have AA warranty, the garage now won’t answer the phone to me, I have been calling them for a month!
Also under the consumer act as we have had it less that 6 months it’s assumed the issues was there when we brought it, so the garage should be given 1 chance to fix it or give us a full refund. We can’t get hold of them to fix it, and I now do not trust them to fix it.
This will probably cost loads to get this fixed! I will be contacting the Ombudsum and small claims. Do not buy a car from this garage! I wish I had seen these reviews before I did!
***Edit*** I have found the company on companies house, they have applied to strike off. I will be disputing the strike off as once the company is dissolved no legal action can be taken!

Sold me a van that had been in a major accident, hid all the internal damage using cable ties behind the bumper. Had the van 5 months and now it’s unrepairable for cost. Van came with 6 months AA warranty although this company will not actually get back to you to sort out issues.. Gabriel will not answer phone calls and company is a shambles. Will see you in small claims court. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Got in contact with Gabriel showing interest in an automatic car, was told he had 5/6 currently in stock. Explained we had seen 2 cars we liked on the website and wanted to travel from Cardiff to Bristol to view them. Spoke the evening before to arrange a 10/11am viewing and make sure they were still available as we would be traveling and all was agreed. Got to the lot which was jam packed of mostly filthy cars with lots of damage to be told by a young lad that the car we had shown most interest in had sold a week or so ago. Then the second car we wanted to look at wasn't even on the plot. He said himself he was confused why Gabriel had agreed and why they were not taken off the website. No apologies for the complete waste of time and petrol for the 3 hour round trip we had made. But judging by other reviews looks like we had dodged a bullet as luckily we handed over no money for deposit in advance. Filthy cars, one we looked at had empty meal deal wrappers growing mould on the passenger floor seat. Terribly run business which I would urge others to avoid at all costs. Don't waste your time like we did!

Deeply disappointing. They have ripped off my 17 year old buying a first car.
Paid £250 deposit, car was supposed to have new MOT however it failed its MOT significantly, collection date passed with no communication.
After repeatedly calling and no answer I was told that it was being fixed and ready in 2 days. This date passed, No communication despite me calling repeatedly.
Eventually calls get answered 1 week later, car still has no MOT according to Gov website yet Gabriel insists I haven’t called at all and it was my responsibility to contact them as well as telling me the car would be ready tomorrow and he’s spent a £1000 fixing a car that I wanted fixing, like he was doing me a favour, stating the deposit couldn’t be refunded. Whilst telling me all of this, he kept passing me back and forward on speaker phone to a young lad who clearly didn’t know what day of the week it was and was telling him off for lack of communication.
Utterly delusional behaviour and complete cowboy outfit. Seemly more than happy to rip off a 17 year old who proudly spent money on a first car. If they now gave me the car for free I wouldn’t take it, I would be genuinely worried it would not even be safe or legal to drive.
Avoid at all costs.

Based on my experience, I would advise extreme caution before paying any reservation fee or deposit. Do not hand over any money until you have seen clear evidence that any agreed repairs have been completed.

I was asked to pay a reservation deposit without being told it was non-refundable. I was also told that the sale price would not be agreed until the vehicle had passed its MOT.

When the vehicle failed its MOT, I made it clear I would not be taking the car until it was repaired as I was travelling to France. I was assured that the advisory items would be repaired by an agreed collection date. Unfortunately, those repairs had not been completed as promised. They wanted me to collect the next day, but having checked the MOT records it had not been repaired as stated.

I feel completely scammed and appalled at this customer service. Make sure you check the MOT records online as they outright lie.

The most disappointing part of my experience was the customer service. I made it clear from the outset that I needed the car by a specific date because I was due to travel with my 3 children. I was also promised that someone would collect me from work with the vehicle, but nobody arrived. My calls then went unanswered, and when I eventually spoke to staff, I was shouted at by two members of the team before the call was ended.

Overall, I found the experience deeply distressing, unprofessional and as the last review said, I look forward to starting legal action.

CON ARTISTS! ripped me off part exchange 4 grand and my car for a car that's only worth 2 grand and had undisclosed problems and refused a refund. i have a newborn baby that they were fully aware of and sold me a car he'd be going in daily that's barley even road safe. I'll look forward to seeing these twinks in court.
