Stock Supplier - AVOID!
A company that sells decent Chinese products. I bought something from them once – it actually looked quite good, so I decided to buy again – and that was a mistake – what they sent me was something a primary school child could have done better in art class... I decided to return it... and that’s when the nightmare began. I wrote to them – they replied telling me how to make the return, I made the return and... I’ve got neither the item nor my money back... They completely ignored me – one time they were on holiday, another time the payments department wasn’t operating, another time some other department wasn’t operating. Every time, something... The best bit is that after I returned the product, they removed the return from Shopify... Since I don’t have the product I sent back to them and they are in possession of it, and I don’t have the money either... I consider this to be theft... and that falls under the Criminal Code, so unfortunately I had to take this route... it’s not about the money – it’s about the principle. It’s been going on for a while now and will probably take a bit longer, but I don’t mind – I’ve got time...
