Supplied all items as ordered in time with good communication, the quality is great however the colours are less subtle than expected, arrived badly needing ironing.

Great kilt!

I purchase a Kilt and accessories from St Kilda, and what a good decision that was. From taking my own measurements at home , to their communication I may have got the length wrong so they corrected it to slightly shorter (100% the right decision). Excellent communication, excellent quality and would recommend again

Waistcoat doesn't fit. I am the same size as when I ordered it, but unfortunately it is too small.

We bought a kilt pin for our sons 40th Birthday. We think he will use it as a lapel pin, we wanted a keepsake but he's not into jewellery or anything like that. The delivery was quick and presentation in a box looks fabulous. Good value for money and an unusual gift for a special occasion.

Excellent products and delivery whole process smooth and efficient

I ordered a plaid pin with my clan crest and amethyst stones for my upcoming wedding. St Kilda Kilts had it with me within a couple of days. It's a beautiful piece and seems well made. The detail is lovely and there's a good weight to it. Should do the job nicely and I'd say it's good value. I can’t say anything about their customer service because they got everything right at the first time of asking so there was no need for any contact. I would highly recommend them. I'm now thinking about splashing out for a new sporran as it's the only part of the outfit which doesn't have a clan crest on it.

I have 8 yard kilts, but for daily use this 5 yard kilt is much easier to wear, not as heavy and bulky and still looks good.

First of all, let me just say that the kilts look great! I started out to replace some cheap Scottish Festival poly viscose kilts that have been purchased in the past. HUGE difference! I ordered a Galloway Tartan. I received a quick reply from St. Kilda, asking for specifics regarding pleating to the stripe/sett etc. Having very little knowledge on the matter, they guided me with pictures so I would make the best choice. The material and craftsmanship were A+ as well as the communication. Since I had already one Kilt in the works, I browsed their clearance/made to measure and found a Patriot pattern I liked for a 8 yd. kilt, for the price I paid for a 5 yard kilt. I messaged St. Kilda. Not only did they add it to my order, they also finished it with my original order to ship at the same time. I am impressed by both the quality, craftsmanship, shipping time and cost. I don't see a lot of online reviews, but Trustpilot is who they recommend to leave a review with. If you are on the fence, you can't go wrong.

Well made, good price reasonable delivery time

Immediate response to my order, same-day dispatch and overnight delivery - so what could be better? In addition, I had email confirmation of my order, and updates as to its dispatch and delivery status, so excellent there, too. Although inexpensive (the order totalled just £26) my experience is clearly St Kilda's usual customer service, which is a model many online retailers would do well to copy. I would never hesitate to recommend them, and I know a good number of other customers who feel the same.
