Very impressed with the quality and communication from St Kilda. They Were able to assist when an order had to be added to after initially ordering. Posted quickly and packaged well. Would order again but the quality means this might be the only kilt I ever need to order 10/10

What a joy!
What a joy!. Its so sad when you expect bad customer service these days. Doug at StKilda Kilts has restored my faith in retail. What a true gentleman. My order was super fast and beautiful. There was a slight hick up with my order but it was sorted so quickly. Doug had the answers to questions I had regarding the right clan, tartan and crest. Thank you Doug Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
Following a misunderstanding in my order that resulted in a not insignificant discrepancy. St Kilda could not have done more to immediately resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. No argument, no ‘leave that with us and we’ll (never) call you back’ malarkey. Issue identified - immediate resolution of issue. Have bought from St Kilda before, and shall continue to buy without hesitation. Superb kilt making and tailoring, AND excellent and attentive customer service.

The initial response to the customer's inquiry was fast; the forecast date of completion of the order and delivery overseas was beaten by two days; the flexibility in design and execution was most welcome; and the colour, design and fitting of the Wallace-style kilt jacket and waistcoat has provoked enthusiastic comments from friends and acquaintances.
