It's a simple and fast process to buy the product. Once you have bought the product, all the information will be given to you through email.

A video is given to you with step by step instructions and it was clear for me to do but there were some hiccups along the way when I used the Premium Utility myself. It could have been something to do with my Intel Bios which was the last thing to do on the video.

When I submitted a ticket to Discord about my issue, Stix was on it and gave the best customer service. After fixing and testing heavy games like Aion 2, no problems or complaints on my end. My PC ran faster and better than what it was before.

If I do a full upgrade on my PC in the future and need a tweaking service, it would be Stix. Whenever that will be, I will purchase the Manual Tweaking Session instead so I don't run any issues.

Stix was very patient and good communication, I had some IRL situations he was completely patient about it and waited till i was ready instead of rushing me. Once he got going he worked fast and knew exactly what he was doing. My ping went from spiking constantly to staying stable. Highly recommend.

stix tweaks helps me good my battlefield 6 fps before 180fps and now 300 fps serious tweaking by stix tweaks

uefi tuner is good lowered my input delay but no fps boost

Stix is a good guy, often there's times where I have wiped my PC and changed HWID etc, any bug or login issue, he fixes. Same for any issues with tweak application. would reccomend

Honestly ive tried many tweaks in the past and this one has been by far the best one ive ever tried while being one of the cheapest, 100% recommend if you have a bit of extra money to buy tweaks

best tweaks ive used i have used over 10 different tweaking utilitys and stix is the best over 200+fps boosts and massive input delay reduction one of the few tweakers i trust

Do not buy from stix if you have a simpe question for him he will not give you a answer or help you he will just call you a retard he acts like a little girl if you reinstall windows and need a hwid reset he will not help you and just tell you that you have to buy it again i seem multiple people complaining about the customer service i would recommend buying from somewhere else and not here

dont buy stix it is the worst the support is super bad and stix he is just calling everyone restarted when they ask a simple question he scams his customers and when you get new hardware you have to buy it again

Have recommended this software to several customers cause the owner knows what he's doing. BUT and thats a big but everyone including me have had a bad experiance with customer service. Cause the owner is doing customer service aswell. He's basiclly bullying hes customer in Discord when they ask questions or have issues related to the software. I was asking a question in a support chat regarding a issue several others was experianing and got banned from that chat. I critised him in a privte DM for that and he threw a temper tantrum... Stay away. And he aslo made be by a extra lisense then I already had one.
