Stitched Omdömen

Extremely easy to make beautiful curtains and great customer service!

Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Curtains are such high quality and I love supporting a small business especially one that offers sustainable options. I went for the recycled cotton curtains in biscuit for our nursery and they are perfect. I’ve also used before for our lounge - again excellent service all round. Definitely worth the money for a high quality, long lasting product.

Great service! Very friendly and helpful.
When there was a measurement issue it was fixed very quickly and efficiently. Curtains are beautiful and great quality.

Love the blind I have ordered for my little boys room. I chose Stitched because compared to other companies who do very similar curtains and blinds the fabric was such a better quality. Nice and thick. A slight issue with delivery but this was out of their hands and resolved speedily by the customer care team. Very nice talking to an actual human instead of computer bots!

Recommend 10/10
Really helpful customer team, beautiful fabrics and even better they are eco friendly !
Will use again !

There were some minor issues with our curtains, and the team was super helpful and provided us with a suitable replacement. Excellent customer service.

Our curtains are beautiful, and super high quality

We previously purchased some blinds from Stitched, however we had some issues a bit later with the functionality. I then dropped an email over to Stitched and they instantly replied and offered support.

They organised a seamstress to come over the next week and within 2 hours all my blinds were fixed and brand new!

We cant recommend the customer service enough and would highly recommend this to anyone interested in using their service!

Best,
Ellie

Kept up to date on progress with our order at all times. Good measurement service.

Really pleased with my new Roman blinds from Stitched. Second time I have ordered from them as cheaper than John Lewis for similar pattern. They kept me informed throughout of the progress and the delivery. Would highly recommend

I have placed 3 separate orders from Stitched over the last 3 years and the curtains or blinds are always beautiful and bring the room together. Top quality materials and craftmanship - I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing curtains from Stitched, once again. I have ordered from them a few times and continue to be impressed by the quality of the fabrics, the finish of the curtains / blinds and the communication throughout the order and delivery process. Highly recommend!

Excellent help determining the correct dimensions of new curtains. The Stitched team could not have been more helpful. The curtains are exactly what I wanted.

Great communication from the team, samples were sent speedily and very professional advice given. Lead times clearly stated and adhered to, very well made and high quality curtains.

I had a lovely experience with Hannah from the Stitched team. She came to my house to do measurements which was amazing and I subsequently ordered a Roman blind for my bathroom in Ian Mankin Angus Stripe: Flax. I absolutely love it. The professionalism of this company is gold standard. Not only a quality product but great service. Will 100% order more!

Would definitely recommend although be prepared for a wait as they are made to order. The team are so helpful and responsive and the quality of the product is excellent as well as being sustainable, so it's worth the wait. I bought curtains and came back for a blind and very happy with both!

I’m on my second pair of Stitched curtains now as the quality is just unmatched! The fabric choices are great so I’m saving up now for my third pair.

I recently purchased a motorised Roman blind from Stitched and I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish the experience was seamless (!) and exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is impeccable, as a sewer myself it is evident that great care and attention to detail went into its creation.

I am so pleased with it and glad I decided to upgrade with the motorised option - it really makes life easier! I will definitely use them again.

About a year ago we ordered curtains that we loved so I recently decided to order cushions to match. I'm really pleased with them and found the customer service to be great.

A responsive personalised service, beautiful ethically sourced fabrics
