someone is advertising 75” Samsung TV for $19.95 and adding services to make more money. this company has no TVs. upon my discovery that all payments goes to this company’s site & the money spent goes to a membership but still no TV .. they are very understanding and helping me with my situation to get refunded .. i don’t think it’s their fault but at least they are aware of it now

The team was helpful in solving the case however did not really appreciate being required to submit a review in order to finalize everything. Seems to me like reviews should be optional not required

I had to send several emails to cancel a subscription that I never agreed to but I finally had my issue resolved by Jamal . His help was prompt, professional, and A1.

I have done two reviews, which is what the emails I received says I need to do I. Order to receive my refund and I have not received my refund. The purchased was unauthorized and was taken through a complete different website. I have reached out multiple times and I was told I would be refunded and they tried to take $11 and $45 dollars out of my account. I am very disappointed especially because I specialist/agent email led and stated to make a review on how I was helped, which was required in order to received refund. I have done so and have not received my refund.
