I originally ordered a tablet off of Tik Tok, then received an email stating that they were out of the tablets, and my money would be returned.. it's been 15 days my money hasn't been returned & stitchcove tried to charge my card again for more money ... This place is a scam stealing peoples money..

Claire with escalation handled my issue right away with a refund!!

This is one of those subscription services that they hide all the details amid other companies . When you request your money back they tell you they cannot give any refunds . When you start arguing with them then they say they'll give a refund but only if you give a good review on trust violet. Once you check with your bank the bank tells you they're not even the type of company they said they were that they're actually a software company out of Africa. Lot of suspiciousness out of this company do not use them and if you did use them definitely do not remove your review just so that they look good

I was getting charged a monthly fee for this website.I reached out to the company and they told me to complete a review in order to get my refund.I hope this speeds up the process and I am able to get my refund.

So, I gave 5 stars because of the email I received after I contacted the chat team. Not the chat team itself. I had two transactions show up off my paypal account and I absolutely did not order a subscription to a crochet site.....the chat team told me according to their policy refunds were an absolute no. But the escalation team decided that a refund was in order because of my situation. For that reason alone they get 5 stars.

When trying to cancel, they just kept repeating the same stuff.Thought they couldn't, but this was a mistake
