Amazing time pieces. I’m a big fan of my new Fraser watch. Great design, exceptionnel lume and a real tool watch (i use it for my job as first engineer on service opération vessel).

Fantastic company to deal with
Fantastic principle - give back to those who gave (and still give) service to us.
I already donate to Combat Stress so to buy the Durrant was a good way to give even more. I bought mine during November so the donation was even greater.
Well done Stirling.
I bought the metal bracelet to go with the supplied rubber strap. Great bracelet but an absolute pain to fit.
I got a specialist watch repairer to install it in the end. They said the rubber strap's bars don't work with the metal bracelet. Only cost a fiver to fit so happy with that.
Sizing the bracelet was easy.
Really great watch and I will definitely be shopping with Stirling again.

Honestly, the shipping was fast (I live in Alaska and got it one day ahead of schedule), the watch is nice and I can’t complain about anything from Stirling themselves. My only gripe is the black nylon band my Burton came with. I whacked my wrist on a door frame just right at work while I was carrying something and it impacted just perfectly to knock the spring bar out and that thing is gone. Looked like to me that if it had a chunkier rubber band it wouldn’t have let go like that. Regardless, that’s not enough to take away from the experience of owning one of these watches. When I’m not a poor, I’m getting another model.

Excellent service. Within less than 30 minutes of placing the order, it had been confirmed, processed and was on route to be shipped. It arrived early afternoon the next day. I ordered a burton watch in grey, it’s a beautiful watch. The quality and attention to detail that has gone into every single part of the item and packaging is fantastic! Recipient still does not have the…
Recipient still does not have the watch. It was ordered October 28, and has been stuck in Louisville, KY for over two weeks.
Numerous emails have been sent. Nothing much can be done it seems. The gift has missed its intended purpose!

Throughout the delay, we stayed in touch and did everything within our control to help. Unfortunately, customs clearance is managed solely between UPS and U.S. Customs & Border Protection, so we’re unable to intervene or expedite that part of the process. The recent UPS plane crash in Louisville also caused significant, unexpected delays to many international shipments moving through that hub.
Although the situation was outside our control, we refunded your shipping costs as a gesture of apology, and you're also welcome to return the watch for a full refund should it no longer be required.
We truly regret that your experience wasn’t what it should have been, and we’re sorry for the disappointment this caused. If there’s anything more we can do, we’re here to help.

Buyer beware
Watch was received unable to keep appropriate time. Within a month the second hand became unscrewed within the watch face. Mailed it all the way back to England for repair. Now the movement does not work at all after being left sitting for more than 5 minutes. They will not refund their defective overpriced watches.

When you reached out about the second hand, we repaired it under warranty. While this issue can occasionally arise from a hand fitting error or an unexpected knock, we’re always here to support our customers and were glad to put this right. We also carried out a complimentary regulation of the movement, and the watch underwent full quality checks and testing before being returned to you.
Regarding the movement concerns you’re now experiencing, we’re actively working with you to troubleshoot the watch. Automatic movements don’t use batteries and will stop if they aren’t wound or worn regularly, so we’re helping to determine whether this is a usage misunderstanding or a genuine fault. If we find any fault during this process, we’ll provide a free return shipping label and assess the watch under warranty - just as we did previously.
We’re committed to resolving this and will continue supporting you until everything is fully resolved. If you need anything further in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
