I placed an order which should have been delivered on 3rd April but it never arrived. I have emailed many times and have had no reply and I have also phoned on numerous occasions but the phone doesn't seem to be connected so no luck in getting an answer. I am very disappointed in the company and am worried that an order I'm expecting on 24th April won't arrive either so all I can say is buyer beware and be prepared to lose your money!!

These people are conning customers out of money:
I made an order 3 weeks ago. When I chased up for non-delivery a company con man assured me that, as a result of their systems failure the order would definitely be rescheduled for yesterday. Phones, emails and WhatsApp went unanswered yesterday and also today. No order received and their stated courier has confined nothing received by them either. I feel conned and lied to. The company is still advertising for meat sales: they should be stopped and investigated. Avoid.

Placed an order in February money taken and 8 weeks later no delivery. One phone call in March advising delivery on 6th April. NOTHING!
Have Whatsapp'd and asked for a refund - still nothing!

Despite this their Marketing Machine is still churning out amazing offers with no intention of delivering!

AVOID!!

Unless you want to loose Money - Criminals!

They didn’t deliver my purchase wouldn’t answer many messages i sent phone line always busy dreadful company wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Placed an order back in February, money taken, no delivery! Tried to contact in numerous ways, but no response. Still sending special offer emails out left right and centre.

I paid on 23/02/2026 with a delivery date for the following Thursday however this did not happen. After many back and forths with Stiltons my order still has not been delivered even when promises were made. They have told me they will give me a refund but this has not happened either.

So many excuses, if you manage to get a response. Dont waste your money, use your local butcher instead, you dont get any stress that way

Ordered a delivery in November.
Kept contacting to be told they were having problems. Very apologetic and full of apologies. Still have not received the order

I have paid for 2 orders placed on the 2nd and 6th March and not received either of them. I have used WhatsApp to contact them as requested and not had a reply to over 25 messages apart from 1 message asking me to confirm what day i would like the delivery, nothing happened. They do not answer the phone and I am £125 out of pocket with no idea of what is happening DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Delivery severely delayed with no contact, paid for in dec due 9 Jan finally delivered 19 Feb but missing item, chased numerous times, got call backs promises of refund then promises of delivery of missing items, now stopped responding at all. Wrote an official complaint , ignored , chased soo many times on WhatsApp as requested, now stopped responding. Customer services is non existent , very disappointed as previous were good

I have been waiting for nearly a month now for my order. Nobody answers the phone or replies to numerous e mails that I have sent. I had one phone call from Gary, he promised me that my order would arrive at the weekend. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. I have asked for a refund. Nothing.
Such a shame, meat is great, but they literally cannot be trusted to deliver it. I am so so disappointed.

Avoid like the plague…

Similar experience to almost everyone else recently - orders not delivered, calls to delay and promise next, constantly blaming IT faults - even an email assuring they were not scammers (… “thou protesteth too much”…?).

Fortunately money fully refunded through Paypal (top marks to Paypal, very slick handling of complaint).

If I could go lower I would!
This has been the worst experience I think I’ve ever had or seen. Placed my order on the 25th March, order taken, payment taken. No contact whatsoever. I’ve sent 4 emails, multiple WhatsApp’s and still no reply. Was due to have it delivered a week ago, yet nothing at all!

Absolutely shocking, nice way of having your money taken for an order and then not even receiving the order! Shocking!

We placed an order on the 27th March which should have been delivered on Wednesday 8th April. We had purposely arranged to stay in as I had been told that someone had to be at the house. I couldn't get through on the pnone as no one was answering. Eventually managed to send them. and email and was told that their servers were down. We now have an updated delivery time for NEXT Wednesday 15th April l!!! Absolutely awful service and I regularly get 5 or 6 emails a day from them, clogging up my in box!

After 2 weeks of placing my order and being offered a delivery date for just after Easter, I was contacted on the day to say that my delivery date was an error (on their part! ) and being offered an alternative for a week later, which is not convenient to me. Unable to contact them on the day to discuss an alternative. Having to wait for them to see my WhatsApp message. Unacceptable after paying a £5.99 delivery charge. Since the order I’ve been inundated with free delivery options!
