I haven't slept properly in about 4 years. Tried melatonin, magnesium, sleep apps, white noise machines, you name it. 5 weeks into the program and I'm falling asleep within 20 minutes most nights which sounds small but honestly I could cry. I forgot what it felt like to just go to bed and not dread it.
