My order arrived within 24 hours of placing it and free delivery! I was kept informed from placing the order until it arrived and within the time slot given. My item was packaged nicely and is good quality we haven't as yet used it but so far really impressed.

Stainless Grab Rail Review
Grab rail arrived on time and was the only when I could find in stainless which was a direct replacement for the previous steel product. Packaging was also thoughtful as the shipping box did not contain any plastic bags.

Easy to order and quick to delivery exactly whit I ordered.
I would have given 5stars if it wasn’t for the packaging not being up-to being sent via a carrier, they were on a box in a packet but the box had split somehow. Fortunately there was no damage to the contents. I appreciate this might have been due to the carrier. There was no obvious signs of damage on the outer packaging.
The carrier took the time to ring me and ask if I was in or where would I like it to be left. Delivered with care and consideration
