Perfect and excellent attention

We ordered stickers from Stickerize for the first time, and unfortunately our original package got lost in transit. We contacted their team, and they immediately responded by reprinting our order and sending it to us via DHL Express.

I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Their customer service is 100/100—professional, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

The stickers are absolutely beautiful! The print quality is excellent, the colors look amazing, and the overall finish exceeded our expectations. The pricing is also very fair for the quality you receive.

We’re based in Madrid, Spain, and the replacement order arrived perfectly. We’ll definitely be ordering many more in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stickers for Our Festival Community

Stickerize 10 pack

I got the 10 free stickers from a promotion from them and I would 100% order again from them. I got the glow in the dark stickers with some of my original art on them, and they are such high quality and the postage was so efficient and had an update on shipping half way. The packaging was neat and secure and showed real attention to detail.
The stickers themselves are so well printed with my design, not a pixel in sight. Similarly, the actual material was thick and sturdy and stuck extremely easily to the book I placed it on (i'm saving the rest).
Overall, would completely recommend and thank you to Stickerize for kind of making my day

Not very impressed with quality

Not very impressed, poor quality printing and stickers not as advertised. We had 3x stickers printed, a glow in the dark, and 2x vinyl. The glow in the dark one barely glows, one of the vinyl ones has poor print quality where the text is quite pixelated and both of them are shiny where I expected them to be matte. There is not enough information on their website to see what the stickers will actually end up looking like. They need example photos. Files were all supplied as told, so I'm not sure why one of them looks pixelated.

I’m sorry to hear the stickers didn’t meet your expectations - that’s certainly not the experience we aim to deliver.

Some of the points you mention (such as glow intensity and finish differences between materials) can vary depending on the material and artwork, but pixelation or unexpected finishes are of course things we’d want to look into more closely. Your note about clearer examples on the website is also helpful and something we’re continuously improving.

If you’re open to it, please send us your order number and we’ll happily review the files and the production together. If something didn’t come out as it should have, we’ll of course make sure we find a fair solution.

I’m sorry this experience felt frustrating. The campaign you’re referring to is limited to one order per person, which is clearly stated in the terms. When multiple orders are placed under the same promotion, we unfortunately need to cancel additional ones to keep the offer fair and available to everyone.

There was absolutely no intention to blame anyone, only to apply the campaign rules consistently.

If you’d still like to move forward with an order outside of the promotion, we’d genuinely be happy to help and make sure you have a great experience with us.
