It was the first time I had used this…
It was the first time I had used this company and I had several issues. I found them to be very unhelpful.
Parts were missing, a pair of frames came that were should have been the same height came in different sizes so were not compatible, there was poor communication on the inception of the account which caused me major issues and they were completely unwilling to help. Also whilst trying to sort out the issues they closed at 3pm so I couldn't speak to anyone.

As a builder who takes on refurbishments and extention it’s always good to know I can rely on Phil and his team to supply good quality windows and aluminium bifold doors at competitive prices and will be delivered on the agreed delivery date.
The drivers are always provide an eta on the day of delivery to save any time being wasted waiting.
