This company, actually called Steven & Levon (or Steven en Levon, depending on where you look) is not based in the US, it's not even based in The Netherlands as it suggests on its website, it is Chinese. Their products take ages to come and when they do they are not as described and are rubbish. When you complain, they do the usual, offer a discount if you'll keep the products, or a gift voucher for another products but what they will NEVER do is give you a full refund unless you're prepared to pay for the return postage. Their returns information states that they will pay the return postage if the item isn't as described - the item I purchased, a men's beanie didn't even fit over my husband's ears. It was more like a child's hat and it wasn't as per the photos on their website. Didn't make any difference that I said the item wasn't as described, they still weren't to abide by their own returns policy and pay for the return postage. I wouldn't even give them a single star except you can't leave a review without giving them at least that. They are scammers - honestly, avoid them like the plague!

SCAM!! Do not purchase from them. Items look nothing like they do when they arrive. Spent £80 on a coat, it looks absolutely shocking. I am now told to return it to a Mr Chen in CHINA. Avoid at all costs.

This seller (Stevenlevon.com) is a scammer; they sent items that do not match the description and refuse to process a return.

SCAM!!!! I ordered 2 dresses and i didnt know what size i may need. They arrived and they looked nothing like they did on the website, and to send them back it was going to cost £40. They were going to China and probably would never reach the address. SCAM!!!

Total rubbish. I ordered a Sun hat for my holiday. It took weeks to arrive - it would have been quicker and probably better quality if I’d bout it from SHEIN or Temu! It arrived after I got back from holiday

Quality is poor and it arrived in a plastic bag all crumpled up. Wish I’d read the reviews first - so if you are reading this - don’t buy from them.

SCAM COMPANY Do not buy from Steve and Levon It is a scam company. I purchased 2 gilets - advertised on the website as navy blue, stand collar, duck down filling and size L. I was sent 2 black hooded cheap polyester filled gilets in a size S although says L on the label from China. I have raised issue with Steve and Levon, they do not accept responsibility and want me to return items at my expense to China. I have no confidence that they will issue a refund and will be reporting the company to the authorities to prevent others being scammed.

2 nd review as the original has disappeared. Dont buy from this company. Defo scam. What you order isn’t what you get. Paid £97 for a gents tracksuit and received a nylon kids tracksuit with no labels. Emailed and no response

Awwful quality. Tried to return them , mailed them so many times but got no reply back. Just avoid them ,they are scammers. Wanted to give zero star but had to give 1 as without it you can’t review.

Scammers. Wrong item, poorly made. Offered a refund …… you just need to send the item back to China. …. Utter rubbish

Like many other people on trust pilot. Absolute joke. Ordered shorts 5 weeks ago. No comms then told the items have been delivered even though the tracking shows not. £90 that I will never see back. This company is registered to many different countries and in fact is Chinese. Like many websites pretending to sell quality items hidding behind a European brand. Be careful as i have been totally taken for a ride. Such an awful experience, im glad I don’t treat my customers with such contempt. Modern day scam. Be careful.

I am absolutely appalled by the products I have received and, frankly, by what appears to be a completely misleading representation of what your company is actually selling.

I purchased two tracksuits from you for a total of £147.48, including postage. Having now received the items and examined their quality, I am genuinely offended that you considered it acceptable to charge me this amount for what I have received.

I am fully aware of how this type of e-commerce operation can work. From what I have seen, I have serious concerns that the products displayed and marketed on your website are not an accurate representation of the products ultimately supplied to customers. The items I received appear consistent with inexpensive, mass-produced products available through Chinese online marketplaces, including DHgate, while being sold by you at a substantial markup.

If that is the case, the issue is not simply that you are making a profit. Businesses are entitled to make a profit. The issue is whether customers are being induced to purchase products at a significant premium based on imagery, descriptions, branding or other representations that do not accurately reflect the goods they ultimately receive.

I also have concerns about the authenticity of the imagery used to market these products. If AI-generated, digitally manipulated or otherwise non-representative imagery is being used to present products in a way that materially differs from the goods actually supplied, I consider that extremely serious.

Based on the pricing I have subsequently seen for apparently comparable products, the markup appears extraordinary. If the underlying item is indeed being sourced at a fraction of the price you are charging, then customers deserve complete transparency about what they are actually purchasing.

Fortunately, I deliberately made this purchase using Klarna because I had reservations about the retailer from the outset. I will therefore be raising the matter through Klarna and providing the relevant evidence regarding the products received, the advertising used and the transaction.

I also intend to retain screenshots of your website, product imagery and descriptions, together with photographs of the items received and evidence of comparable products being sold elsewhere. I am prepared to refer my concerns to Trading Standards and any other appropriate consumer-protection bodies if this matter is not resolved satisfactorily.

To be clear, I am not interested in excuses, generic customer-service responses or attempts to justify the price. My complaint concerns the apparent discrepancy between how these products are presented to consumers and what is actually supplied.

I am requesting a full refund of the £147.48 paid, including the postage charge, together with clear instructions for returning the goods at no additional cost to me.

I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and dealt with promptly. If it is not, I will pursue the dispute through the appropriate payment and consumer-protection channels and provide the evidence I have retained.

I strongly suggest that you review how your products are sourced, represented and advertised to consumers. Taking people’s hard-earned money while potentially presenting inexpensive goods as something substantially different is not something I am prepared to simply ignore.

I expect your substantive response and confirmation of a full refund.

Absolutely terrible service, takes ages to deliver the got sent the complete wrong item, I have then tried to get a return refund and no one will return my emails.
If you’re looking to buy from here don’t you will 100% regret it.

Order took a very long time to arrive, very slow.

When it arrived it looked nothing like the item on the website, the quality feels incredibly low and cheap. The shirt was literally screwed up rather than folded. Big waste of money.

It is not made clear that this is a Chinese company , it states there’s a 30 day return policy but you have to post back to china at your expense and it has to be tracked postage Appalling

Please all be very aware that this site is definitely not what it seems. The items are not a fit and the quality is as you would expect from a very very very cheap shop! It says easy returns but I have been unable to get a full refund unless I pay for a tracked return to China. After haggling back and forth all I can get is 20%, it’s an absolute outrage, so please be warned! The one recommendation I would make is… Stay away!

Awful service, avoid at all cost. My purchase was constantly showing as "at the depot" with no updates following, the response to my initial email was within 24hrs, however as soon as I requested a refund I became a bouncing ball with no direction or refund.

To top it off 10 days ago I have a update stating my order was on its way again........yep still no delivery.

Awful company. Do not order from them. I ordered a dress in 2 sizes. Keeping one . They ignore your emails trying to return an item. So a cheap dress has now cost me double. I will never order from them again
