Great products and support
I am not expert on First Aid and when I started investigating our kits at work, I found the requirements very complex, before getting into defibrillators.
I placed a small order and got a personal email from the Head of Business Development. He has been incredibly supportive and given me invaluable advice and support.

Random order error dealt with well
Easy to order and everything arrived in time. However, the contents sent were not what I ordered. There was a (very!) random substitution for one item. However, kudos to them; one phone call, photo via email and call back by the bewildered employee solved the issue within 15 mins and correct item sent. Thank you.
